He is 100% a lock. They gave up a pick for him and are paying him decent money.

They traded a 7th round pick and are only paying him $1.5M. He is no 100% lock.

I was watching round 1 at a friends house and when Peter Woods was drafter, we looked at his family. The way they were all decked out in their white suits and dresses. Looked like Father and maybe a brother had big diamond jewelry on. And behind them was like a vision wall with vintage cars, and maserati logos. We were like... that poor kid's family are going to spend all his money.

Well, that didnt take long.

"WE all made it."

These guys need to all watch the ESPN documentary "Broke."

CB-Moten, McCutcheon, Marshall, Avery Smith, Brent Austin

Nobody to run to the podium for. But those are the guys. Maybe UDFAs....

Seems Fitzgerald or Wisniewski would be a good pick with one of our last 3 choices. We are lucky those guys are remaining after the last run.

This is so contrary to how the Eagles like to ramp up to the season....but they are pretty much going to have to give this offense meaningful preseason reps.

That's not the Siri way. Starters will be rusty for 3-4 weeks, and they'll keep saying through week 17 that they are close, just have to play up to the standard, the team isn't finished yet we're still figuring things out, just have to execute, etc.

Wrong. You don't go out of your way to trade for a respected and experienced NFL backup QB like Andy Dalton to cut him later. Also the 1.5 million is fully guaranteed. Use your FN brain.

Garrett Nussmeier may go undrafted.

Honestly I don't think playing 2 or 3 series a month before the season starts would make much of a different either way

Whose dog did Garrett Nussmeier kick, this is crazy.

The fact that this entire draft is offense and they've hit every position but RB ought to send a little bit of a message.

Probably a medical concern

Maybe that spinal cyst is not a good situation 🤷‍♂️

Fitzgerald or Wisniewski at S

Heldman or Tucker at Edge

Gentry at LB for the length

Geskey, Jaeden Roberts, Barnett at OG

Leigh or Rucci at OT

Trigg, Gyllenborg, Wright, Bentley, Villari, Maryland, or Ryan at TE.

Sturdivant, Rivers, McAllister, Bell, Beatty, Montgomery at WR

Jam Miller, Whittington, Ott at RB

Nuss, Altmyer at QB

Sure you do. Let him go somewhere he wants to be and might play

Where is the outrage from Mel?

Coming from the moron who says moronic things on a regular basis and was just whining about people in the draft room clapping for their picks....I am so crushed. You can also lick my taint ****.

I knew you were one of those weirdos sitting back there clapping. Howie probably reads the blog and invited you for your expertise

Have to include Greenard

"Big Balls" Howie isn't afraid to eat a little money if the kids outplay Dalton in camp.

His MO is always have a veteran in camp, and let the kids earn their roster spots.

Trading down for 7th rd picks reflects the difficulty Eagles have had signing FAs, probably b/c agents feel it's too hard to make the Eagles roster.

on the clock

Come on safety ...

on the clock!

I will add you to the list of dummies who needs to use your FN brain. Unless someone offers the Eagles a better pick than the one they gave up for him he is 100% a lock to make the team. They aren't cutting him because they drafted a project QB in the 6th round of a bad draft....good God this place.

These are "red shirt" practice squad picks, and that probably include Morris as well.

Howie knows it's unlikely they'll get picked up if cut late in camp
