March 3Mar 3 Well, as we get closer to drafts seasons, who is Norman Horvitz and why is he unique to Philly draft history.

March 3Mar 3 Under talked angle is what the ST's is going to look like next year. Elliott is likely back because of his contract but it wouldn't be a total shock if they went in a different direction. Zach Berman thinks Mann is a goner. I forgot what the exact stat he quoted was but it was something along the lines of Howie Roseman has never spent above league average on a Punter in any year he's been GM. I'd also imagine we are going in a different direction than re-signing a 36 year old LS that has had a bunch of injuries recently.

We can't cut Jake, so he's likely here. Maybe a post June 1 cut if he sucks in camp. Bring in competition, and if Jake loses, dump him at roster cut down.No clue on LS.

Basically no guaranteed money left on his deal ($4mm of 2026 salary fully guarantees the 3rd league day of 2026), so he'll want a new deal as well. Might be easier to wait for the Vikings to cut him - his current deal pays $19mm per year the next 2 years ($34mm of which is non-gteed).

March 3Mar 3 Eagles had some interest in Greenard before I believe, but I don't think they will give up a day 2 pick, they'll probably just try to keep Phillips. They need all the picks they can get to address the offense. I think they're going to try to add even more if anything by trying to get something for McKee and then also guys like Sydney Brown and Ringo who I just don't think have a future here at all.

Pre June 1st I don't think the Eagles could trade Brown for a player because you have the cap hit with Brown plus the cap number you're getting for the player.

March 3Mar 3 The whole AJ Brown thing smells fishy. If they like him as much as they all say, have a plan and vision for him in the new offense, he wants to be here like has been said and the asking price is really a 1st and a 2nd, there should be no problems "budgeting for pending free agents".

If we don't get that by the start of the league year, we're going to spend like he's staying (likely making moving him impossible pre June 1). Basically, either someone overpays by March 11 or it's not happening.

If reports are true and other teams think Howie "is being unserious", I don't know why everything would be as up in the air as Garoffolo and McLane are saying. That's the fishy part to me. It may not be as big of an overpay as initially suggested to complete a trade.
