If you had to go OL at pick 23 who would you pick and why? Here are your options

Ioane
Freeling
Lomu
Proctor
Blake Miller

Freeling or Miller

What do you guys think about Proctor? He's a big dude that can move. Would also probably be an all world guard as well. Weight is the scary part

High bustability factor. Do not want.

Howie could have signed a pirate if he wasn't asleep all the time

They're gonna push the void date back again aren't they?

Love him, I'd be very fine if he was the selection. Slide him right into guard.

High risk high reward. Was a top recruit who flashed greatness who I think also has some concerns with him. It sucks the Eagles need OT badly and I really don't think there's "the guy" in this draft class. Best case scenario is probably Freeling and even he doesn't have this lengthy track record of greatness. Not a great draft to need an OT, there isn't even a consensus OT1 in this draft, that should tell you something. I wonder if just going Vega Ioane is the way to go and save OT for 2026 and take another project this year. Though even that becomes less enticing with no Stout to develop them.

If there is some kind of news today about Brown, you can bet the house Howie will hold it until 5:30 for his weekend new dump

I mean how do you know his bathroom habits?

People say he can move because hes so gigantic.

RAS numbers relative to his own size dont matter as much as numbers relative to other players moving around him.

His 1.84 ten yard split does not seem adequate for an outside zone scheme.

That would be the way, yes.

Badly would be if they didn't have starters. It's optimal to have the guy learn for a year under Lane if he's even retiring next year. I'd still go BPA

Trading AJ makes zero sense. Always has

I agree. Strictly a guard and a short area guard at that.

Once you accept the fact that some of you refuse to that he wants to be traded then it makes sense.

Its interesting that with the Goedert deadline coming up, its also being talked about as the Goedert/AJ Brown deadline and after hearing the eagles only wanted to deal him in the AFC, at the 11th hour, basically, we now have a Rams rumor.

Kinda makes me feel like the Rams are a legit suitor.

Also, eagles beefed up their CB room. That prepares them to try to compete with the Rams if they have Brown and Nukua, and maybe Adams too.

I think the multiple signings at CB are just bites at the apple. I don't think it's really about gearing up for one particular team. I am assuming the Rams will trade us Nacua back in the deal.

She's getting a lot of mileage out of this

Freeling is the only prospect at tackle that I've seen and like. He needs to get stronger and he needs a redshirt year. The rest of those guys are all guards at the next level. JMHO.

If the Eagles can find a way to get Verse 👀

That would be insane.

If anything is happening, I'd bet it's just Eagles and Patriots and the Rams are being used for leverage

Agreed, unless it's the pipe dream of Verse but that doesn't seem realistic.

Id be all over Iheanachor if we still had stoutland. Not knowing what to think of our new OL coach makes the pick a big risk now.

Id take later round swings at guys like Nolan Rucci from PSU.

Tristan Leigh, the Other OT from Clemson that is not ranked as high as Blake Miller.

And the 6'9" RT from Memphis Travis Burke.
