A game manager that doesn't turn the ball over and just gives the ball to the playmakers likely wins in 2024 with that defense

2022 was different. Hurts played great

It's like we need to place a disclaimer whenever we say something critical of Hurts otherwise we get the Hurts fan club attack dogs on us lol

Yes. Greenard is very limited. This guy is a flat out BUST. Thanks Howie!

LOL at Greenard. He'll play well when they are 2-8.

Why did we get him when he has an injury history?

How does it feel to be wrong tho about Hurts's career trajectory from 2nd round pick to Superbowl champion. That's what I'm trying to find out?

Rest them all and trust the process

Nice deflection

I have posts on here about it already

I just needed to see last week to understand things. I'm thinking 4-13. Let's see.

Some of you divas have to cling to a niche in here with Hurts. What's gonna happen post Hurts? Better think of some more intelligent thoughts about this team, than cling to this one topic and a totally losing argument. Like to see some more football IQ out of you!

Same thing with every other QB like 5, 9, 11, etc.

We move onto the next QB

Colorful explanation of maturing from a rookie lol

The dagger was the moment we all knew it was over. Best SB I've ever watched.

I felt it was over after the AJ TD pass. Oh look. An underneath crossing pattern to a WR. Huh. I guess those types of plays can be run by the Iggles. 🤔🤔

But the Dagger was spectacular. ❤️❤️

Will/can you relax for a moment??!!! You’re getting to the point of being on the level of Skippy and RTK. 😆😬

So who is the next one for Mike? Drew is going too high. Personally, I'd get an edge and see who is there in the 2nd IF they must draft one this year, but I'd prefer to wait until 28.

Howie may have to move on here. It's for many different reasons. What is the timeline here? Hurts could be the one rejecting this tenure, just as easily as the other way around. This currently is a shidd show organization that is getting laughed at going from hero to zero in 20 months. With this OL, I ain't playing QB here. Howie has to decide the road we take. Seems like the roster has been in a constant state of limbo with the broken OL, new rookie OCs almost every year and now at QB position. All the injury stuff puts this all on hold with Hurts. Right now, this looks like a rebuild to me as of today. Not some quick retool. Of course that can change with some brilliant Mastery in the GM position. Look what the Sixers GM did in a span of 30 days. Anything can happen. Sixers looked dead in the water for the next 2 years with Paul George years & the next 3 years with Embiid and were about to waste Maxey's prime. Mini miracle to turn that all around. Kinda what Howie Douglas needs.

"Any decent QB" is you minimizing his impact. Only 15 decent ones out there in the world. So that's just speculative kind of phrasing. The fact is, he did that in spades. And looked really good from the eye test.

No, that's me being nice. What I really mean is any QB that didn't make the team's position worse by choking, fumbling, or throwing to the other team, or worst of all, all three.

I'm not saying he performed poorly. Everyone knows Jalen plays well in Super Bowls. I'm saying that 2024 was not in any way a duel between QBs and I think people overuse this way of thinking in situations which it does not fit.

That's for Howie to figure out as he has before Hurts

I do not want Chambliss. He's 6' and about to be 25, but it would be the funniest thing for people who hate Hurts to root for them to take a QB and they draft one who's pro comp is Jalen Hurts

No idea how long Hurts will want to play. Just my guess but I don't think he'll want to play well into his 30s. The whole not wanting to run and then this clot scare may have him thinking about longevity and legacy. He's already got the ring

We have a core defense that can still be built on. Howie built the defense kind of quickly but that was because he retained a great Oline. He'll be building on more IMO

I know one thing when Mahomes wins it 2 straight years with Chamionship defenses, no one scrutinized anything. He gets all the glory. That's just how it is. QBs get the glory. He doesn't win without those chamionship defenses. I can assure you that. And don't forget the charitable chamionship whistle they got with Reid and Mahomes at the helm. And the league making sure they fully prop that all up. Many, many controversial calls in that entire run. They literally won by a hair each time, where every little thing had to go right.

@jojodancer hey dawg, still not as good as JJ giving Jets fans the bird but I immediately knew I had to share with you.
