I’ll be turning 60 years old in just over a month and my sister sent a family text a few days ago asking if anyone knew if our childhood home was still standing. I’ve thought about going back to see i

I’ve seen Wilson and baker comparisons for Chambliss. No Hurts. Their game is nothing alike. Chambliss is a much better passer than hurts.

I’d say the intangibles he brings are hurts like.

Maybe. But I’ve seen him climb the pocket more times in one half than hurts whole career here

I wouldn’t consider that an intangible. That’s him as a passer. That is different. I think Chambliss is more similar to Russell Wilson as a passer. But intangible wise I think he’s tough, he finds ways to win even when he’s not playing his best and his leadership.

I've seen it multiple mock drafts recently as Wilson and Hurts so I'd laugh if they got him and the haters had to live with Hurts 2.0. Then I'd be pissed they drafted a 6' 25 year old.

If you watch him play, they’re nothing alike lol. If hurts had similar passing ability, we’d have won 4 super bowls

Dude is a 6' future bust who would be 29 signing his first extension. 3 INTs today vs Texas.

If the eagles can get Mensah or Mestemaker in this draft we're winning another super bowl by 2031. Maybe even 2030 depending on who we get as the next HC

the only way I would take Chambliss is in the 5th round. Guy is a gamer without question but he's had about five passes batted down tonight because of his height and he's also going to be 25 by the time next season comes around.

... and just as I'm writing this he throws an absolute DIME for a TD

I like Chambliss but more as someone you take in Rd 2. Kind of like when we took Hurts.

Think if McKee doesn't show much the rest of the year, Howie is either signing a high end backup or drafting a QB higher than we think anyway (Day 2 probably) to provide some Hurts insurance.

He wont risk another failed season if the blood clots flare up again

He's not Hurts 2.0. He's already better than Hurts ever was.

If both sides are in for that and Hurts blood clots aren't a career ending condition then yeah that's a no brainer win. That deal would be a steal by year 4-5 not to mention by year 7.

So if it’s a no brainer win and a steal, then we need to adjust it so that it’s merely a good deal for both sides…if we want to be realistic for offseason planning purposes. 7 years $525m? Is that one less of a steal and something that just makes sense for both sides?

Hurts isn't even good enough for college. No big time program would ever even sign a talentless loser who can't even pass the ball or step up in the pocket.

It's a miracle he snuck into the pros without even being vetted in big college games like Chambliss

This game sucks more than Hurts

This Mestemaker kid might be it. Id give a 2027 1st, and both 2028 1sts to move up to get this kid.

Said it before if he keeps playing how he did against Oregon he is the 1st qb off the board

His comp will be josh Allen with the way he plays

I think with all the smoke surrounding the eagles and Sorsby in the supplemental draft, theyll view it as a steal if he falls to the 2nd or 3rd round and they can land their QB, while still having all of those other premium picks to use on other positions like OL, Edge, CB, and S.

With how this season has gone for the big names, Sorsby on day 2 sounds amazing.

Saints run game is abysmal.

they're going after the doctors not the team.
