October 27Oct 27 After tonight, Howie is absolutely insane if he's not tanking. Unfortunately, he ain't getting much for this schlock.

He sucks. Not wanting Hurts is not the same thing as claiming the alternative is putting on a clinic when he’s not. I’m just saying you are a better poster when you keep it real
October 27Oct 27 I still say it’s a season split for DAL with every division opponent. PHI will win on Thanksgiving.

Woolen, Ojomo and Goedert are on expiring contracts. And there is no designation to trade someone pre or post June 1.

But yes ties 2016 for most consecutive losses. The bottom line, this is already shaping up to be one of the Eagles worst seasons in the last 15 years. I hope they can turn it around but sadly it's spiraling now. This is what happens during bad seasons. We haven't had a lot of them recently so newer Eagles fans are getting a wake up call but I remember the nightmare years very well. We've had 3 Super Bowl Windows in the last 10 seasons and managed to get 2 rings out of it (should have been 3). Windows open and close quickly in the NFL yet we were able to pull that off. I'm disappointed the season is going off the rails but I'm grateful for everything the last 10 years. We will have to rebuild this thing again and get back but the Carson/Foles/Jalen windows gave us a lot of joy the last 10 years.

Would a team be dumb enough to give us the Myles Garrett deal for him? He's younger than Garrett. Maybe... And hopefully Howie's contract structures allow for the trades of a bunch of these big contracts.I'd buy the plane ticket if someone offered the Myles Garrett deal for Carter. No way in hell that's happening. I'd take what we could get for him and Davis just to unload those awful contracts. Definitely not worth it.

Howie likely has a better chance of closing the deal than the Eagles kickoff coverage.

That's nuts if they can.No. We just saw this with AJ Brown and how they literally had to trade him June 1 because you can’t designate trades post June 1. Any trade that happens now is post June 1 because it’s literally after June 1.
October 27Oct 27 Howie will need to have some great off seasons for us to compete in 2028. Its on him now.

October 27Oct 27 The frustrating thing about the defense is it's not for a complete lack of talent. Vic refusing to move Coop to S full-time when he should've pulled the trigger on it after week 1 is annoying on its own, but Campbell getting snaps over Trot is dumb too. He plays the DL gap and a half to help in run support but we've been collectively awful with run fits for a while now. And don't get me started on the lack of pressure we're generating on opposing QBs. Dak had all day to throw for most of the game.
October 27Oct 27 Howie really can't do anything right it seems the last two years, very very disappointing. I'm in tank and trade mode, but damn his golden touch is now the exact opposite. Extending Carter and Davis reared its ugly head tonight, they were handled and the ink on their ultra expensive contracts isn't even dry yet.
October 27Oct 27 Up to #6 in the draft.Sure am glad we gave up that high 3 for Greenard and signed him to an extension (in addition to 3 last year)
