Yup, he’s fried. Players should be ashamed of themselves, but they are not running through a brick wall for Sirianni. No one seems to go to bat for that guy unless they are saving face with a microphone in their face.

They aren't running through a paper banner for Sirianni.

Not wanting Hurts is not the same thing as claiming the alternative is putting on a clinic when he’s not. I’m just saying you are a better poster when you keep it real

Well, thank you. I did keep it real. You didnt- Putting on a clinic were not my words. They were yours.

I said what was different about tonight.

And I called that a week ago when I said despite having 2 practices last week, the install was already done for Hurts so this would be the week we would see different things in the passing game.

And we did.

Kelce helped confirm that pre-game when he also said he expected this week to look better.

Its logical if anyone understands how a week of practice works. Most people in here gave that no mind.

Now if you want to see dominating performances, thats crazy to expect from a guy in what, his 3rd NFL start? A guy who is usually buried at 3rd on the depth chart so he hardly even gets any practice reps?

Its only going to continue to improve from here....

Yes he is mistake prone. "Hes basically a rookie!"

I also said a week or 2 ago that the run game may find more room by default just because the defense will have to respect more possibilities out of the passing game. Look how the run game came out looking today. Look how the Dallas coach said they need to focus on stopping the run in the 2nd half and put the ball in McKee's hands. That confirmed that he no longer felt he could just stack the box because McKee was playing and the passing game would be more varied. His adjustment then was, ok we will have to go back to stacking the box and see if this inexperienced guy can really beat us with all his backup WRs. Things went downhill from there.

But Dallas literally came out respecting the passing game more this week because of a different QB. Exactly as I said would happen.

It was something to build on for the eagles. Next week McKee has more to build on. And, OL will gel more. And maybe WRs come back.... Things are going to get good enough to screw up draft position.

Not claiming it was a clinic. And nor predicting McKee is going to take us on a deep playoff run. But if Howie doesnt fire sale, this team is going to end up winning some games.

AND, the part that will make everyone mad- McKee is going to continue showing he is a better QB than Hurts until it gets to the point where it is undeniable.

This was week 1 with McKee as your starter in the Mannion offense. Considering that, this was not bad at all despite what the Hurts trolls want to say. Im keeping it real. They are not. They are mad McKee played as well as he did for most of the night. They are nervous that he is going to show up their favorite QB over the next 10 weeks.

The local news here is worse than Jerry. "The Cowboys saved their season with a win at PHI”. Idiots. It’s not even November, if your using the word "save” already your season is done.

Let’s see Milton behind the line playing fairly well. 🤷

At least it’ll be fun to have an unknown to watch.

We are now on 4-13 watch. That's with upside and everything staying intact. If Howie strips this or guys just pack it in like they have. Maybe worse. And they can strategically put guys on fake IR like they did with Paul George and Maxey did to land Edgecombe. Mind as well put Devanta and Barkley on ice for the season. With Wicks. Put Majors at Center. And we are set. Kendall can rest that knee.

it starts and ends with finding Joe Douglas another GM job somewhere far from Philly... then we will be fine.

That man has bad juju

No. We just saw this with AJ Brown and how they literally had to trade him June 1 because you can’t designate trades post June 1. Any trade that happens now is post June 1 because it’s literally after June 1.

Isn't there a max of 2 post june 1 transactions a year?

Biggest issue by far was run defense. They controlled the line of scrimmage

That's the tackling.

Are you new here?....lol

Aside from Lemon what do we have in he youth pipeline? Maybe Bell pans out? Maybe Kendall?

Is there anything else at all?

With all the controversy surrounding Hurts’ treatment, that seemed very dicey with Saquon tonight. He clearly wasn’t right after the first carry and they did more damage to him tonight. That made zero sense.

Howie really can't do anything right it seems the last two years, very very disappointing. I'm in tank and trade mode, but damn his golden touch is now the exact opposite. Extending Carter and Davis reared its ugly head tonight, they were handled and the ink on their ultra expensive contracts isn't even dry yet.

Frankly i think Carter was fine. The bigger issue was Davis. He has never become the pass rusher they thought they could get out of him by taking them where they did. he isn’t worth the money. They paid him. When Carter is locked in and healthy, he can be worth the money. I don’t think Davis was ever worth what he got. Imo i think he was a guy who was more replaceable than people wanted to admit

Greenard

Is he really tradeable? Don’t they just give him a new deal?

Admittedly, I am no cap guru…I just know enough to usually assume a recent big contract is rarely tradeable just a couple months later…

That was good to see from Lemon tonight. He’s a tough kid who can get you some big plays over the middle with YAC capability. Would like to see them target him more downfield, but that was encouraging. He gets open.

With or without the controversy, just dumb to push Barkley hard for this game this season.

You are a 1st round loss. True. But still have something to root for at least. Our season is DOA. Plane never left the ground. Still preseason.

Couple that with the Eagles suck chants radiating through the Linc for postgame show and the clowning is just beginning

If the defense plays this bad, losing out is definitely possible.
