I still say it’s a season split for DAL with every division opponent. PHI will win on Thanksgiving.

I'm not sure we ever win again. At least this year

Let’s see Milton behind the line playing fairly well. 🤷

At least it’ll be fun to have an unknown to watch.

He’s got wheels too. Possible outcome is he shows something, becomes qb2 or a trade asset. Didn’t cost PHI anything, cost DAL a 5th iirc. It would be like stealing a pick from DAL.

Well, thank you. I did keep it real. Putting on a clinic were not my words.

I said what was different about tonight.

And I called that a week ago when I said despite having 2 practices last week, the install was already done for Hurts so this would be the week we would see different things in the passing game.

And we did.

Now if you want to see dominating performances, thats crazy to expect from a guy in what, his 3rd NFL start? A guy who is usually buried at 3rd on the depth chart so he hardly even gets any practice reps?

Its only going to continue to improve from here....

Yes he is mistake prone. "Hes basically a rookie!"

I also said a week or 2 ago that the run game may find more room by default just because the defense will have to respect more possibilities out of the passing game. Look how the run game came out looking today. Look how the Dallas coach said they need to focus on stopping the run in the 2nd half and put the ball in McKee's hands. That confirmed that he no longer felt he could just stack the box because McKee was playing and the passing game would be more varied. His adjustment then was, ok we will have to go back to stacking the box and see if this inexperienced guy can really beat us with all his backup WRs. Things went downhill from there.

But, it was something to build on for the eagles. Next week McKee has more to build on. And, OL will gel more. And maybe WRs come back.... Things are going to get good enough to screw up draft position.

Not claiming it was a clinic. And nor predicting McKee is going to take us on a deep playoff run. But if Howie doesnt fire sale, this team is going to end up winning some games.

AND, the part that will make everyone mad- McKee is going to continue showing he is a better QB than Hurts until it gets to the point where it is undeniable.

Well…I for one would be very happy if you turn out to be right about that.

For myself, I doubt it.

I don’t doubt that there will be things about McKee’s game that are clearly better than Hurts. That’s already fairly easy to predict…

But better overall? I will hope, but I will not hold my breath.

Like I said dumb - time to shut him down for an extended period

You may have become a gigantic Hurts fluffer but props for being fair about McKee's performance too.

I'm not. QBs aren't the top issues this year. They are both way down the list. Anyone who blames McKee as a top reason they lost is hating on him. He did enough as the backup to win.

The run D couldn't tackle

The secondary wasn't good

Vic didn't have answers and when that many tackles are missed and the edge guys and overpaid DTs don't show up it probably makes it hard to have any

The OL didn't slow them down on the last two plays and the coaches didn't call something quick anticipating the blitz.

And back to Howie not building a good team. If he wants a project TE then draft or sign another and don't have Mundt be it. Same as if you are passing on a safety with ties to the team then draft another or sign one. Don't try to use the crap on your team.

Then you can get to McKee on the last two drives but like Hurts he is down the list with much bigger issues ahead of him.

That man has bad juju

Howie is his boss, he makes the call, not Douglas. If you want to blame Douglas then Howie can't get all the credit for the good years as of late when Joe was not here. You can't just cherry pick and give Howie all the flowers for the good and then not fault him for the bad.

Couple that with the Eagles suck chants radiating through the Linc for postgame show and the clowning is just beginning

Oh, I’m laughing at Dallas for this. Imagine beating this version of the Eagles and playing their Super Bowl theme when the Cowboys haven’t been to a Super Bowl in 30 years.

Real loser behavior.

PHI got dealt a horrible set of circumstances this year, and it just kept getting worse. Unfortunately there are still injuries likely…for everyone , but one thing is for sure. PHI bounces back regularly and fairly quickly when seasons like this happen. They don’t stay down long.

I will bet anything that the Cardinals keep that game close next week and they have no business being in. Dallas is the type of team that will be overconfident and teams that go against the Cardinals overconfident and just think they’re gonna roll over them, the Cardinal seem to find a way to be in those games. Ask the rams and niners. Rams lost and niners it was a 6 point game.

Great. Now we can’t trade him either.

The local news here is worse than Jerry. "The Cowboys saved their season with a win at PHI”. Idiots. It’s not even November, if your using the word "save” already your season is done.

Eagles saved the Cowboys. Totally saw that storyline. They are world beaters right now and will conquer all.

So far my 2 big predictions about McKee were spot on. Game evidence, and analyst and coach quotes from today backed them up.

The rest can only be proven over time. It was never all going to be in 1 week.

People in here are already scared. As you can see from the tone in their posts.

In the words of the infamous Judman "click clack".

Its coming.

I cant decide whether to be excited, or mad that our tank mission will be interrupted.

Jeremiah Smith or a cornerstone OT

Shut up and just win this lousy division to ruin your draft pick already

Tanner Brady is a decent QB2. Nothing more. Ignorance in here is border retardation.

Eli wasn't the right pick there but Bell has potential which isn't bad at all for a 3rd. Lemon is doing fine. This year isn't as bad as last year. Mukuba is probably alright next to a good safety. JC sucks. Robinson was a waste. May have a decent center eventually. He has made some wrong choices no question. The biggest issue for me is not doing the small stuff like getting another safety and TE past one who just blocks. Bringing in or drafting another guard when two IOL are healthy risks to ever play again last February. When one is traveling out of country for experimental treatments it's time for a backup plan

The Cardinals have owned DAL since 2017

Isn't there a max of 2 post june 1 transactions a year?

Releases, yes. Nothing with trades. And anyway the releases have to be at the start of the new league year in March. Anything that happens between now and then is Post June 1 rules.

Trade Riq and Ojomo. Neither is going to be on this team next year and, quite frankly, neither is worth resigning. Riq has the tools but just cant stop grabbing. Ojomo is good for one or two plays a game if that. Having said that, they are worth something to teams in contention with a desperate need like the Ravens with Jurgens.

I would hate to reade Goedert as he has played well when healthy. Not sure what you could get for him

That pick will go to the Jets, the way GB Is playing DAL is picking late 1st rd.

Trade veterans to acquire draft capital.

Draft an offensive tackle in the 1st round.

Sign free agents who can help the team long-term.

This season is over.

So typical of this management and their mishandling of players and injuries. Terrible and inexcusable.
