Hurts, Goedert, and Nolan were excellent.

The rest need improvement.

Well, you know they're getting the 2

Ye of little faith

Hurts was definitely player of the game with honorable mention to Goedert.

The offense was all out of sync and never found anything resembling a sustained rhythm. But they did find some big plays. I think the offense really showed their lack of talent and Hurts was maximally opportunistic to still get points on the board with pretty limited chances.

Defense was worse than expected but that may be a half decent offense they faced.

1-0.

Terrible win

For one... 1999 NFC Championship game.

Don't feel great about the team after this. I expected it to be a close game, but the offense was the unknown even though I expected it to not look good. All my concerns were realized except the total unknown was Mannion and I understand he's new at this but I found his play calls conservative and uninspired. Really didn't like what I saw honestly. It looked very much like last season. Same formula except more under center.

Maybe replacing Dickerson at some point will help. We'll see how they look as the season goes on here, but overall stock down on the Eagles in my view.

Another very hard to watch eagles win. We are back!

Hard to feel confident about the offense. It was a mess, but at least it’s a win. Frankly, I’m more disappointed in the defense. Thank goodness Washington bailed us out with a dumbarse play call.

Eagles won. New OC. New scheme. New OL Coach & blocking scheme. Mostly new WRs.

Yet it's gonna be a long week of complaints.

Phew, that was too close

You can say that again!

Well, concern#1 for me is the offensive line.

Gannon effect

I totally missed that he ended up in GB. What an awful debut, lol.

This team finds away to win ugly games

Great to get a week 1 win. Some things to be liking going forward and some things for them to focus on improving at.

Two biggest that they need to work on is pass rush and offensive line play. They should be quick to benching players like Landon if it is necessary but I don't know of they will. Greenard better be as advertised when he gets back or else the edge pressure is a huge concern.

I thought Baun was amazing

A win against a divisional opponent to start the season...I will take it. There is a lot to work on , but no serious injuries.

It’s week 1. lol

Relax

Sirianni survives another opening day, despite his philosophy of not playing in the preseason.

The offensive line was so bad today. Barely functional. Hurts made it worse dropping eyes and being a spazz at times in the pocket because of it.

A win is a win. Another squeaker against the Commanders. Gonna need a lot of improvement, especially on the offensive side of the ball. O-line might be a big problem this year.

Nice to start off with a W.

I think that game is what we expected, and should expect for the next few weeks. Offense looked awful, defense had to keep it close and then make the game winning play.

Hopefully at some point the offense clicks because at this rate the defense will be broken by the halfway point. I do think there was more to be happy about scheme wise than there was last year. If they remove the WR screens and replace dickerson I think we'll be in a better spot
