The offense was horrible. You're awarding a tallest midget. He completed 56% of his passes. And some of his completions like 2 to barkley, and one to Goedert were not even accurate. Some of them ended drives because he took away their ability to run with the ball.

I see nuance. You dont. Thats fine. Im glad you can be happy with crappy performances. But it doesnt make me wrong.

Yes it does, your take on Hurts is consistently wrong. It’s the same lame and short sighted argument all of the haters have, even the professionals. The issue is you don’t see nuance.

All you’ve got tonight is a cherry picked stat (completion %) while overlooking the 3 TDS and 0 turnovers he had. What’s his career completion percentage?

Man I know he’s had injuries but Dickerson looks so bad. He was unplayable today.

Worst player on the field for either team today.

Wow giants forced a 3 and out

I’d argue for us defensively it might have been a tie between Campbell and coop. Stats will say Campbell was better than what he actually was. He was not good in run defense and lackluster in coverage too

Trotter was a better pass rusher. More disruptive at the line. Don’t get me wrong I do like Baun though. He had some big time plays today.

Trotter was a bulldozer. He had no pass rush moves. He just bull rushed over the center... period. Trotter was great for what he was, but he was limited. Baun is a complete LB... and he's easily a top 3 or 4 LB in the whole league right now. There's no comparison between him and Trotter.

Lemon 3 rec for -5 yards is putting in some wild work.

lol

Legit, an incredible play.

I did not overlook the TDs. And his career completion % does nothing to help us win a game today. Its also an incredibly nuanced discussion that you wont like because it gets in to how he has been protected in offenses by previous OCs and all of that....

I see youre like an RTK type of guy. This isnt going to go anywhere.

You have your opinion. Im not going to waste time defending my accurate analysis with you.

They are not going to see this type of defense again this season. It is the Brian Flores pressure and chaos scheme. Further, it is the first game of Washington's version.

Gus Bradley is the Titan's DC. The defense they play next week won't be a mystery.

yup...I saw a divisional rival with extensive experience and game tape and plenty of time to prepare for this one game. They brought a max pressure package and blitzes on just about every down. It is good to see it and go up against in the bigger picture of the season, but the Eagles and Mannion just weren't up to speed with it...yet. They will view film and make the necessary adjustments...I just consider this a great learning lesson for going forward.

Maybe they should just call nothing but those then?

Those were the only 5 good plays of the night.

More throws to the middle of the field...

its not going to get fixed because they wont bench Dickerson. Even when he was injured, they wouldnt replace him.

After last season i don't think Howie is gonna let that fly. Sirianni should have lost pretty much any wiggle room he had after last year's malpractice. I think if dickerson is still playing like dog crap in 3 weeks he's put on IR and retires after the season.

Man, whatever. Glad at least you think so highly of your opinion.

Very lucky they went with the shovel pass had an open player and the Eagles defense didn’t cover him.

Dickerson was an elite OG for multiple years running just 1.5 calendar years ago. He’s 27 and went to Colombia in the offseason for a sham stem cell treatment.

It’s not that he’s bad, it’s that his knees are completely shot.

the win wasn’t ugly enough to actually create things to complain about.

And yet I have a feeling you and others still will over the course of the next 6 days.

they just created a phantom injury for Stowers. He said he was excited and ready. Next thing you know, hes benched for a surprise quad injury.

The team saw Dickerson all summer. It should have been obvious that he wasnt up to par. They started him. Hes going to be in the lineup unless he is dead. Last year he wasnt far from it and they still played him anyway.

I could make an argument that the best Eagle defender on the field was Quinton...I only heard his name once on a crosser. Getting pressure with just 4 on most plays was just as much a result of the work of Cooper, Q and Riq...
