Paying Davis and Carter the big bucks ain't looking too good so far. More Davis than carter. I know Dejean is hurt, but if he doesn't improve his play, I would rethink giving him a big contract too.

I would add into this. You also have a head coach where it is not his offensive philosophy. So now you’re trying to take a philosophy that isn’t his forte and letting an OC who’s never been an OC or calls and is young try to establish it.

I said this earlier, this feels like the end of the Doug era where you had the high. And then you kind of had mediocre teams. One of them got hot at the end of the year and the other one we always knew wasn’t good enough. then you hit rock bottom. Feels like we’re getting the mediocre right now and by end of 2027 you might be hitting rock bottom.

There’s no path to success for this team this year. Like not a single one.

Embarrassing. I can handle losing, but getting thoroughly outplayed by a Bears team starting Case Keenum is ridiculous. Three turnovers, 10 penalties, zero takeaways, and we got pushed around at the line of scrimmage.

The worst part is we somehow went into halftime down only 10-7, then came out and got outscored 17-0. You were handed a chance to reset and completely crapped the bed instead.

2-1 isn’t the end of the world, but that performance was unacceptable. Figure it out.

Hurts is absolutely lost against the blitz, I would blitz him all game.

Keenum was pressured. But was able to move away enough to make some amazing throws. Stafford doesn't have that kind of mobility.

I would also say I would bench Campbell. He misses more tackles and is always out of position against the run. At this point you’re better off seeing what Trotter Jr can do. I get that Campbell’s a first round pick, but sometimes they’re just not as good as you thought or take longer to get there like Dean .
