It’s not hyperbolic to say he was terrible and I would absolutely argue that quick TD saving snap and sneak was his best play of the night.

He was good, really good on that whole drive. Outside of that drive... yes, he was bad. But, it wasn't just that one play, it was the whole drive.

Hurts was terrible tonight. The best thing he did was get set fast at the LOS and walk forward a yard.

And without him carrying the team this is how they look this season

That's true, but to be fair. Keenum literally was getting the ball out of his hands as soon as he snapped it to wide open WR's all night. But our line still sucks.

That's how a veteran handles a blitz/pressure. Our guy holds the ball too long or panics and scrambles his way into a sack.

If Siri is gone at the end of the year, whose the candidate to go after?

Is there a Ben Johnson or Klint Kubiak level candidate this year?

Not happening, he'll get his one bad year without getting fired. He earned it. Lurie doesn't like the optics of just throwing coaches away that quick after a lot of success either. Plus Siri plays well with Howie. Not happening.

Our defensive line struggles to control the line of scrimmage, our linebackers looked completely lost in coverage and playing the run, and our safeties are hot garbage. I don't know what's happened to Baun but he looks awful. Campbell never was any good and I don't understand the hype he continues to garner.

Which is the biggest indictment on Howie... this team has been built from the lines out for decades. The fact that BOTH lines are showing their cracks is a massive concern.

We said that in 2019/2020 as well. Lightning struck multiple times for us recently. I'll keep hope alive. But, this year... yeah, I don't see it happening this year.

I didn't see it when Wentz got injured and I didn't see it when Hurts was turning the ball over like crazy in the Moore offense.

Unexpected, highly improbable things happen like Foles post season run, and Barkley going off for 2k. That year the defense also looked about this bad and suddenly clicked after the bye week.

Hard to ever give up again when you think of how little hope there was at a certain point in both of those super bowl seasons.

We can lose the next 2 games and still a things hopefully come together, make a run. The league really does suck. It won't take an elite team to win. Just have to get pretty good, and get a little lucky.

The only time the defense did anything all night was after the Bixby turnover where they held the Bears to zero on that short field. Otherwise, the defense was terrible all night. They couldn’t get themselves off the field. Whether would be penalty or them missing a tackle or just lost in coverage.

The score was 13-7 halfway through the third quarter.

The offense had, what was it, three straight three and outs to start the second half?

THE OFFENSE IS THE PROBLEM.

I guess it depends how bad it gets. If it is really bad then I think he goes. But I don’t think it’s going to be really bad. It’ll be average and that isn’t enough for him to go.

Just an all around bad game. Players, coaches, everything.

Being 2-1 isn't the end of the world. How they got there is the problem. They don't look like there's a path to another 5 wins all season. Maybe they will get better, but they were out coached, out toughed, and out willed tonight. The Bears took their manhood tonight.

And the 2nd half... they had NO answers. They were so bad they didn't even seem to know what the questions were.

Frankly it’s what they kind of looked like after that bears Black Friday game last year. Pointing out the eagles are 5-6 in their last 11 games (including playoffs). This team looks like an average football team.

The defense clicked once DeJean was healthy and they inserted him into the defense. There's no one to do that with this year.

If you give me his 50 million in cap room that he is consuming, I bet I could make this offense look better…

He's actually doubling down on his stupid "the defense kept them in it" take. lol

Someone please explain to me why Saquon was red hot early in this game as well and we refused to ride the hot hand. God forbid we control the TOP and keep our struggling defense off the field as much as possible.

I feel like if Mannion proves to be a bad hire, the moment it should have been obvious was that orbit motion screen to Lemon. And then it was reinforced by that screen to Smith before the lucky QB sneak TD.

I truly believe that Trotter Jr is more instinctive, and frankly, more physical.

I’d absolutely be starting Trotter.

Worth noting the Bears defenses sucks ass and is barely better than Commanders/Titans

I wouldn’t say they suck ass. They lead the league in turnovers since the beginning of last year.

The middle of our defense is Forky…trash.

Tonight they looked like a very much below average football team.

I like elite explosive athletes at DE, DT, and WR.

Ironically, TE and LB are where I like those lunch pale blue collar football players. For off ball LB, it’s read and react. For TE, you create better receiving opportunities for yourself the more a defense respects your physicality and blocking…the trickier it becomes to cover you.

And where have we drafted workout warriors who either have bo instincts or can’t block? WR and TE. Where did we get an inferior athlete lunch pale guy? WR.

I just don't get all the screens. It's THREE WEEKS OF THIS

Two lucky wins and a blowout. Should be 0-3. It’s tough to find even one bright spot on this crap team.

He hasn't earned ish. Every year he didn't have a competent OC (by his own design because he keeps hiring his buddies) the team has looked like dog crap. He does nothing and brings nothing.

Carter and Davis extensions with the ink barely dry in hindsight right now look like it could be very detrimental. You're already paying a lot to Dickerson & Cam too. Still paying AJ. Man this could be bad.

No argument here. This was uniquely bad for the defense tonight. But on offense it was the same performance just with bad Hurts instead of good Hurts.

And the opposing defense went from maybe the worst in the nfl x2 weeks to merely bad this week. Wait until it’s good…

Kendall hasn't been bad at C. That's encouraging. But... that's about it.
