And then cousins just went down the field in like 60 seconds and scored the GW td after the defense had him in check most of the game.I think the difference is at least that team looked competent and able to win games. This one looks lost and lacks fire and effort. Why oh why do we have to be the 1pm slot on Sunday? I don’t want to watch this team again this week.

There were still pocket breakdowns due to interior pressure more than we should see. I remember 2 whiffs each from Jurgens and Steen. We also have a QB that refuses to step up or use a pocket. I think film review will be a bit more kind to the OL than some are giving them credit for.

Play selection, not having a feel for the game. We should be able to dink and dunk if all else fails, but at least that moves the chains.
September 29Sep 29 Just some random things I want to yell about on the internet…Sirianni still sucks at game management. The end of the first half was rough, and the draw them offsides thing when the game was slipping away shows he has no finger in the pulse.Ojomo needs to stop pressing for a bigger contract. Jumping on fourth down was so dumb. He didn’t twice but was fortunate to get away with it. DeJean has been so ordinary. It was stunning to see him have a busted coverage (I assume it was him). Campbell and Mukuba look worse this year. Hurts obviously stunk and I wonder if he is the culprit for that dope screen to Smith before the half. The first near pick by Edwards was just a great disguise by him. The actual pick was Hurts deciding not to read the defense and throw to Smith no matter what.Get Dalton off my damn football team. He’s a bum. The OL showed signs of life. Steen’s hold negating a nice Barkley run was infuriating though.

Every year he didn't have a competent OC (by his own design because he keeps hiring his buddies) the team has looked like dog crap. He does nothing and brings nothing.Look at his record. He's been to two super bowls, nearly won the first. Took Reid and Patty's heart just two years ago. Won the division last year. Lurie isn't making that move man, at least I don't think. We'd have to go 5 and 12 or worse for it to even come into play with Lurie I think.
September 29Sep 29 That pass to Smith at the half was moronic. It was the only reason they got 7 points and weren’t shut out…and yet, 9 times out of 10 that decision costs them a FG and the clock expires at the half.
September 29Sep 29 3 and out - punt3 and out - punt3 and out - punt1 first down - INTAfter 2 turnovers in the first half. Run game showed up for 1 drive and pass game showed up for another. Nothing outside of that. 7 total points. Doesn't matter if the D was playing good, let alone crapping the bed like they did today but we just aren't winning many games in this league with that production out of the O, Dejavu from last year,

I haven’t seen a Fangio defense get this embarrassed, just sickening to watchGiven the quick game that Bears were using, I’m surprised Vic didn’t switch up to man coverage (perhaps that’s what that blown coverage was about) as the soft C3/C4 was giving Keenum reads to work off of presnap.

There’s no reason for the defense to be merely as bad as it’s been. Titans have been god awful on offense all year. The one game they look like a competent offense with the Philadelphia Eagles game. Even the Giants defense made that offense look horrific. Cam Ward has been atrocious outside of the eagles game. These show the defense is also crap.
September 29Sep 29 8 minutes ago, eagle45 said:Remember that time you all thought running back the same offense minus AJ Brown with a new OC and a still older OL was going to net vast improvement?Still might. Smith, Wicks, and Lemon look good. QB doesn't though. OL may be improving. We are getting there. Bottleneck still gonna be QB. Even he has 1 drive per game that gets you excited.

September 29Sep 29 Even though I hated the pick, the negative plays aren’t actually his fault. That said, on any given week, the over/under on negative yardage plays for Lemon needs to be set at 1.5….maybe 2.

September 29Sep 29 I miss Dean and wanted the Eagles to keep him(and frankly, never loved the Campbell pick given I'm not a fan of drafting non premium positions in round 1), but I already can't handle blaming missing Nakobe Dean on the defense sucking that I'm seeing all over social media. If your defense can't handle one Fing player being missing, and a off-ball linebacker at that... then you have bigger issues.Oh, and Dean wasn't even on the field for SB59 and that was maybe the best defensive performance in Eagles history. It's a lame excuse, I'm sorry. Highly paid guys are underperforming and that's a way bigger problem. And Howie decided to shell out 24m per year for Jordan Davis off one good season when up until last season there was a question if they'd even pick up his option.

He is not looking like anything I thought he would've brought to the table, yet. To be fair he has been hurt a ton and is definitely far behind the learning curve. He's going to need to play in order to get the experience needed, problem is it's costing us. They weren't paying Dean which just is terrible luck for us that he completely broke out and looked so good.
