February 6, 20214 yr Last 2 episodes have been wild. And what a twist to the ending of E5. Was not expecting that. Anyone catch Darcy's line?

February 6, 20214 yr Author Yeah Agnes seems to be more and more a part of this and it seems to have something to do with Wandas kids. Agnes sprays something on the kids in the opening scene, calls it lavender but I’m sure there’s more there. Then there’s the dog that’s always trying to kill itself when Agnes is around (goes to the electrical outlet, eats the poisonous leaves). I think Agnes wants something from the Kids or is trying to get Wanda to do something. This episode also got really dark in a hurry. She’s literally reanimating Visions corpse against Visions living will (which I think SWORD was doing too). All the townsfolk are forced to experience her grief while their bodies play sitcom. Her quasi threat to vision suggesting she may be able to control him too. And her whole interaction with SWORD with the guns (which had a very magneto x-men 1 vibe to it). Then there’s the commercials that are all clearly tied to her past trauma. Stark tech killed her family, strucker experimented on her, hydra as well, then tonight Lagos "when you make a mess you didn’t mean to cause” where all the spills were red color. Man this show is so good!

February 6, 20214 yr See i did not realise who the guy was at the end. I mean I knew he was the brother but I didn't realise who he was within marvel and within the movies.

February 6, 20214 yr They could have picked literally any other actor in the world to reanimate Pietro but he was picked for a reason. Hopefully this leads to some more crossover... possibly due to the time/dimensional travel we saw in Endgame. Fantastic episode but so many more questions now. Captain Marvel’s name was used, do we dare think we could also see a reunion between Rambo and Aunt Carol?
February 6, 20214 yr Wanda can resurrect people, opens up options in the multiverse I guess. Can you imagine the final episode with Michael Fassbender as an aged Magneto showing up?

The multiverse is open. Xmen are coming. 2 hours ago, NOTW said: Wanda can resurrect people, opens up options in the multiverse I guess. A different Pietro from another multiverse.

One, she very clearly says she can’t bring anyone back from the dead to her kids (though vision being the exception because he’s a living robot so that information is still there). Though it’s possible she just thinks that and maybe that’s what Agnes is trying to influence her to get to. Two, she seems genuinely confused about x-men quiksilver showing up. Her line about Pietro to her kids is that he’s very far away. Maybe her kids, who are shown to be outside her control, brought him in from the multiverse not realizing that wanda’s quiksilver is dead. This show could go a million different directions right now and I’m all in on it!

It could be that her kids brought him in to this little wanda world. This has opened things up massively for the MCU. Slightly subtle way of doing it and I love that.

Agreed or chooses not to; I believe this is why the writers wrote the dead dog scene. She makes it clear to her sons, whom she loves, that she can not (will not) raise the dead. I am questioning if she raised Vision as it seemed a little to convenient that Sword suddenly had video evidence that Wanda stole Vision's body. Finally, I am moving more towards Wanda being manipulated instead of being in control of what she built; Pietro/Peter suddenly appearing when Wanda is being questioned about her actions looked more like a move to introduce more grief in her life, offsetting her and restablishing whomever's cover/control. Quicksilver's under control as clearly he is another sitcom character. But why does only Vision have constant 'self awareness' ? The twins vanish when Wanda is not thinking about them but Vision has free will to explore on his own, ect.

February 6, 20214 yr Wanda told Vision she could control him if she wanted to. I think she figures he's good and focusing on everyone else. She made him go to work on a Saturday to distract him. Wanda may also be in control and part of that are her key interupters, or subconscious. The nosy neighbor is "programmed" to show up when needed. Her subconscious creates Pietro but it would be painful to see him so he's "recast." If it is someone doing this to her, she at least thinks she's in control.
February 7, 20214 yr The pictures of baby vision were some of the funniest things I've seen in a while
