  • While I disagree with Biden trying to save these idiots from themselves, it just proves what a wonderful human being he is. IMO we should encourage Trumpbots to all give each other Covid so they die o

No, your bias is causing you to see things that aren't there. Well that, and you are an idiot.

Just long enough to decommission it.

Only in a warped mind.

I also like that Biden was very frank in his SOTU address. He even showed some real passion in his delivery... he "put a little mustard on it", as they say. Let's just hope this whole thing doesn't boil over. The last time things in the world got this tense, the krauts were all over us.

DOW probably won't hit 40k today, but should very soon.  Thanks again, Mr. President!

meanwhile trump wishes the economy would fail so he can benefit from it as his supporters lose their jobs and homes.

Yeah, because only Trump supporters find fault with Biden, it has to be one or the other with some of you who can't comprehend or accept that everyone doesn't think like you.  Back to your safe space where everyone has the same opinion and thinks like you.  I realize it's a big step coming to a public forum where people have different views than you and you should be proud of yourself for that.

Find fault with Biden believing he is the best chance to beat the same guy he already beat 4 years ago? Yeah that makes perfect sense. Definitely not a trumpbot to take something like that so personally and claim the implication is that Biden is the only one who can beat your candidate. I'm sorry all those mean words we say about Trump have hurt your feelings.

"Just the other day a defeated-looking man came up to me and said, ‘Mr. President, I have crushing debt, and I’m completely wiped out,’” Biden said. "And I had to look at him and say, ‘Donald, I’m sorry. I can’t help you.’”

The choice for Biden or someone else is the choice between a known quantity who, despite protestations to the contrary, has a lot of successes to point to. And whose most notable negatives are often more pronounced in his presumed opponent.

The someone else is a roll of the dice. Might be better, might be worse.

If you're not in the cult, Biden has been a perfectly adequate president who passed infrastructure, chips, and is presiding over a strong economy. Not without flaws, but if the guy was 20 years younger he'd be a very strong incumbent.

With his age as a weakness he's a weaker incumbent but again, his opponent has the same weakness, and even if both these guys are playing more checkers than chess at this age Biden is more cogent.

Biden's experience is a plus. He knows how the "sausage gets made", as they say, in Washington and can deal with all these brats in congress - from Barney Frank to Anthony Weiner. He's dealt with the worst and never seems to get steamed.

I'd definitely consider voting for an actual conservative republican candidate over Biden. Lots of Biden voters would.

Sure.

If Romney was running I'd absolutely vote for him.

Paul Ryan & Larry Hogan are the other names that come to mind.

But the clowns are driving the bus.

Boehner too. He's a guy who doesn't get enough credit.

His book was an enjoyable read. Man he hates Ted Cruz.

oh, you mean "the devil incarnate?"

I have voted Republican more times in my life than for Democrats. After being a child and hearing all the Vietnam arguments around the kitchen table, I decided then that I would NEVER join a party. I am still a registered independent, and although I am not able to cast a vote in certain races, I still have access to the people that have been elected to serve ME.

Here to confess that my worst single vote for Trump in 2016 was the absolute worst one of my voting career.  I regretted it within his first week in office. He is a snake.  I hate HIM, not all republicans, yet they hate me because I cannot and will not ever understand voting strictly party when you have this scumbag at the head of it.  I really and truly hope I don't lose friends over this cycle.  I am doing my best to lay low and STFU-because I know they are retarded, and I forgive them.

Now you know who I will be voting for in 8 months. Wake up people!

Moreover, there's never been a link between Biden and his son's business dealings. And he's proven he can handle the day-to-day grind of the presidency in spite of his age.
