It should have been a false start on Kelce, which caused Dickerson to jump into the neutral zone. He double clutched the snap and Dickerson fired before he even snapped the ball. However, there were also like 3 Washington lineman who were lined up in the neutral zone, so it should have been offsetting penalties Either way, we got lucky here.
