Well, that seems to go against the notion that players aren't pleased with the way the team runs internally.

I turned 38 today and have lost 52lbs since February. I’m very rarely ever proud of myself, but I’m feeling pretty proud today and thought I’d share. Carry on.

  • At this point, I’d like to see a former HC on the staff, but the biggest coaching news left is whether Stout stays.  BOOOOOOOOM

I highly doubt the Eagles go WR again in the first, especially in the top 10...they need to grab the top OT, DL, CB for the rebuild or as a  consolation, pick up an extra pick and grab the best IOL.

Other than Sewell who is worth the pick?

This is actually what bad ownership looks like.

People talked about Trevor Lawrence wanting to go back if he was drafted by the Jets. I’d be more willing to bet he makes a bigger stink about going to Jacksonville then going to the Jets. The Jets have been a disaster but douglas just took over and they knew this year was a rebuild year until they fired Gase at the end of the year. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if his agent and he try to force a way out of being a jag. I’m not entirely sold the jags if he made that stink wouldn’t call the Jets ask for 2 and a plethora of other picks and then just go fields.

I really don't understand some of these guys. Most of these owners, including Khan, are successful business people outside of football in other industries whether it be as owners, CEOs, managing partners, etc. A lot of what makes good business leaders is delegating certain tasks to the right people. It should be no different with a football team.

Notice how he didn’t mention Doug

This is our GM ! He’s basically saying there’s only 10 guys every year who can make an impact not even a year after passing on Jefferson at 21! This dude is a clown

He’s a math nerd who likes sports that’s all he is.

Reagor will be fine next season. He’s going to be good.

I think he will be an OK WR.  He will never be a number 1, or a major threat.  And in my mind never live up to 1st rd pick status.  I would LOVE to be wrong. No he wont be a complete bust (JJAW) will just never live up to where he was taken.

The fact they talk about JJAW being an intricate part of this team is amazing. He did absolutely nothing all season until last night in a meaningless game. Hightower and Watkins were more productive and relied upon more than JJAW. If he couldn’t get on the field until a meaningless game ans the eagles feel like he should be counted on for next year then they all are either lying or need to be canned.

7 games a healthy scratch.  Big part of the future.  OK Howie.

I think Surtain is a reach at 6. Chase outplayed him when they were matched up. He beat both Diggs and Surtain. He has beaten everyone that is draft eligible.

I'm always wary of Bama CB's with them playing almost exclusively out of the bail technique.  Kirkpatrick and Humphrey are the only CB's I've thought would have a chance in the NFL in recent times.  I need to watch him, physically he looks the part and seems to be a good athlete.  Kinda curious how his hips look.

Some just want to play really expensive fantasy football

It might be true that there are only 10 guys who could make an impact on the Chiefs or Packers, but I suspect that number is much much higher for the Eagles.

Exactly. Either they are straight up lying and don’t want to bash the kid even more than the media and fans have. Or they are delusional

Totally overlooking the fact that guys like Metcalf, McLuarin, Jefferson were taken after, the Eagles picked a wr. Somehow these teams can find better wr;s LATER.

There is nothing in his college performance that suggest he was a good passer while at Alabama.  Quite to the contrary... which is why he was pulled from the NC Game for Tua.

He was always above sixty percent. He is accurate and has a good arm.  His real issue is his stopwatch in his head can ring early, leading to abandoning the pocket and running.  Last night he had at least a few incompletions when he threw the ball away and I think a couple where he was running out of room and threw down the sideline to players that didn’t catch the ball.  Make no mistake, he was running for his life last night and for the most part for the last four weeks.   I liked what I saw from him for the most part.  He needs to work on his reads more.  I think incorporating some of Leach’s layering may help.  Frankly, I think that would help Carson too.  I thought that was why they brought in Harrell for a visit during the OC search.  Note Tua had a similar experience this season to Hurts.

Would you really be surprised at this point if he went somewhere else and turned out to be a decent WR2 or 3?

these are the same guys who keep believeing Alshon, Djax, JP , Sproles will magically stay healthy and produce, despite years of evidence to the contrary. .

Both could be true.

I think he deserves a break with some of the injuries he’s had this year. He rushed back to get on the field multiple times, he had no off-season, Wentz couldn’t throw an accurate ball to save his life, and Hurts didn’t do much better.

It just sucks cause he obviously loves football and is trying to perform and he’s getting crap on for no reason. Give him a break.

I got to believe that its just being professional. I mean come on dealing with the crap with Wentz, the last thing they need to do is publicly bash a player.

JJAW is NOT a huge part of 2021, unless he miraculously proves otherwise. But to pencil him in as a contributor, you'd be dumb.

ALL and I mean ALL options are on the board right now, even QB in my opinion.

Just wait til next year.

Ertz is crying at his PC. He knows he's done here.

Yeah i would actually be surprised. Agholor is different because i never thought agholor lacked talent and he was a hard worker by all accounts. His problem was completely mental. He like fultz was never going to get over that mental block here. I think JJAW is really just not that talented. He doesn’t have great speed. He doesn’t have great athleticism. He’s just big and in college had solid hands. I would actually be surprised if JJAW in 3 years is still in the league. I will say this DBG had more yards in his one year with the eagles than did JJAW in his two years here and i thought DBG had more talent than JJAW.

Howie basically admitted he has a voice in his head that tells him to make smart decisions and he fights that voice & his draft selections are evidence of that.

This is the guy Lurie wants running his team.
