While that's true, a torn acl isn't exactly a harbinger of doom for lineman anymore either. Yeah his risk is higher but his injury future isn't preordained because of ACL tears in college either.  Ignoring premiere talent because of injury concerns is just as much a potential pitfall as ignoring injury concerns completely. Time will tell. 

But fully agree the big fella should lay off the gymnastics.

Talk about versatility.  This is (without question) a Stoutland O-Line, imo.

2020 round 2- Jalen Hurts, backup quarterback.  I'm not considering this a good pick.  Changed the fate of the franchise.  Who knows what happens if Howie takes Chinn.

2020 round 3- Davion Taylor.  total project, at best ST ace and situational linebacker

2019 round 2- JJAW.  Nothing needs to be said.

2019 round 2- Miles Sanders.  Good pick

2018 round 2- Dallas Goedert.  At the time drafted behind Ertz in his prime.  3 years later and he's still a backup.  I'll call him the starter when Ertz is gone

2017 round 2- Sidney Jones. HUGE risk.  1 game as a rookie, we know the rest

2017 round 3- Rasul Douglas.  Backup CB spot starter.  Gone after 3 years.

2016 round 2- none

2016 round 3- Isaac Seumalo.  Solid starter

 

That is not good drafting for the 2nd and 3rd rounds.  

And it's why we are in last place and will continue to be there. Thin and olding roster, not much young talent in the fold and drafting injured and injury prone guys in quality rounds... How are you getting better? The division continues to get better and better and better... We be Fed

I really, really like Eskridge’s film and he’s new to WR, but he’s 5-9 and 24 years old.

It isn't 'a torn ACL'... its two torn ACLs and two ankle injuries.

4 major injuries all to his legs, all while in college.  Its not a single injury... its multiple and its every year.   And that is a harbinger of doom for any player.   This isn't about a single injury.
