Yup. Howie is literally the only one happy in this video. Dude in the back against the wall might have smiled when Howie came over. The other two whose faces you see, grey jacket and donahoe, are not happy. Obviously donahoe is visibly pissed

The 49ers didn't tell their coaches or scouts who they were picking at #3.

So no, not everyone in a room will agree on a pick + this is common in what is a subjective process

Not trading Ertz until day 3 of the draft would be a total slap in the face to an Eagle great.

He didn't help himself at all in the situation but yikes how the mighty have fallen.

I'm beginning to think he just gets released.

Hated the Dickerson pick, too much injury risk. Liked the Milton Williams pick a lot.  I was one of those who thought they should go DB heavy in this draft and it's a concern. That being said, it's a two year rebuild. They are taking value picks rather than forcing positions which is what typically leads to draft success. Williams had a 2nd round grade with a lot of people.

Talent pool is dropping off quickly , if I was a team  , I trade all my picks after rd 5 , and call it a draft
