Absolutely.  Also rare for a FO under fire for conflict and toxic relationships to actually have visible tension when they know the camera is live.

a small WR who doesnt separate. Im sure Rodgers will regret leaving GB and never playing with him. 

In the 2nd round, we've seen teams reach for OL repeatedly.
In the 3rd round, we've seen teams reach for pass-rush.

Maybe Howie knows what he's doing (to a degree)

There's no reason for that.  He hasn't been injured.

So that’s back to back years taking two day two picks that will have zero to limited impact on the incoming season. Dickerson recovering from his injury/backing up and Williams being in the rotation behind Cox and Hargrave.

Kareem Hunt is rumored in a trade to Miami for 2022 4th and 5th round picks, plus Myles Gaskin. 

PFF had Williams as the 3rd ranked DT in the draft and 73rd overall. Definite analytics pick which is probably why Donahoe was all bent out of shape.

Disagreement in the draft room is absolutely fine. It will happen. The problem is when it's well reported (with 20+ sources!) that Howie and the analytics staff struggle to integrate the football staff into decision making. Clearly, they're on different pages. Disagree, sure, but there shouldn't be surprises.
