Mcdaniels career without brady

Yea. People were ripping the Falcons for hiring Smith over Bieniemy. Now imagine if the last coaching spot goes to the guy whose on the same staff and behind him.

Whoever hires Bienemy is gonna have to answer some tough questions about his time at Colorado.

If that happened would be like the 3-4th cycle it would’ve happened to him.  At some point it might just be him and a reflection of his interviewing process. 

Old, but is there a more hatable coaching staff if this is true?

Sure but you know more people (general public/ESPN talking heads) have their head in the sand with that and are just demanding a job be handed to him for whatever reason.

It already is, people just don’t want to accept it 

Patricia I'm meh on, but I'd be fine with Gase as the OC. He's been a horrendous HC, but he got the opportunities for a reason. He's coached good offenses as OC. The two don't relate to each other.

If that is his suggestions for a coaching staff the Eagles should cancel the interview now.

I don't know what that means. He made Jay Cutler look good with Chicago, and he coached an offense that went to the SB in Denver and Manning had his best year ever with Gase.

He's just an OC, people are overreacting because of his coaching job with the Jets. Just like a good coordinator doesn't make for a good head coach, the opposite is true. A bad head coach doesn't mean they'll be a bad coordinator.

McDaniels will likely call plays anyway.

Manning was basically the OC in Denver. Tannehill became better once getting away from him. He killed Darnold. His personality sucks. His ego sucks. 

Keep him away. 

McDaniels made Kyle Orton look good in Denver. He flamed out because he got power hungry a la Chip and ran out Cutler and Marshall. That won't happen here obviously because of Lurie and Howie's ego. So here you'd hope anyway we get the coach and mind of McDaniels without him going all berserk on the roster.

I would take McDaniels over both KC guys and Duce.  I would take Brady and Riley over McDaniels
