That should do it! probabilities and percentages seem to be lost on many of them. of course the vaccines aren't 100% effective. it was never claimed that they were. but...they lower your probability of getting covid, lower your probability of needing to be hospitalized if you do get it, lower your probability of dying from covid, and lower the probability of you transmitting it to others. of course there will be outliers...fully vaccinated people who still get covid & die from it....and unvaccinated people who get covid but only have mild symptoms. you'd have to be a raging maroon to think there wouldn't be. but most people with functioning brains would like to lower the probability that they & their family members will contract a serious case of covid. there's also the concept of cause & effect that some can't comprehend. my buddy had the rona last november...had taco bell a couple times that week...in addition to the treatments his doctor prescribed...and he recovered. holy sheet...taco bell food cures coronavirus! cheesy gordita crunch, ftw!!!
