Why did you put convicted in quotes? He was convicted. Period. End of story. He appealed the decision. The appeals court ruled that the fine was excessive but affirmed the FACT that he committed fraud and was liable for such fraud.

At the end of the day, you can only judge any of this by personal experience. I know 5 unvaccinated people that died from Covid, I don't know anyone who died from the vaccine.
