Couldn't lift it all the way up. Felt like I took a tyson punch in the arm for a day. Also was a little foggy and some general aches. It didn't hit me until the next day for some reason. Then after a day or so of pain I was fine.

Other than the low weekend reports still close to 60,000 cases per day and number of people getting the vaccine is slowing and still no where close to enough people vaccinated. I mean I know the states is much bigger than the UK but we are getting just under 2,000 per day at this point. In fact today it was about 1,500.

I'm in the south and we haven't really had any restrictions since last spring. But most of the people on here are from up north or out west where the restrictions have been much more heavy handed.
