The article says, Biden's goal requires 790,000 shots per day. We're currently averaging 2.29 million shots per day. So even if that average cuts in half, you reach the goal. That's typically how smart people set goals. You underpromise with an achievable goal, and then overdeliver by...well...exceeding the goal.
