There have been breakthrough cases with all the vaccines. It's a very good vaccine and 70%+ efficacy is amazing for a vaccine.

May 12, 20215 yr About 1 in 3 people being hospitalized for COVID now belong to the 18-49 age group, previously a rare occurrence. This is likely due to a combination of factors, mainly the UK variant impacting younger people more severely and the lower percentage of vaccinations among this group.
