J&J is still proving genetic instructions (DNA instead of mRNA) for your cells to build the spike protein which in turn triggers your immune system to mount a response to it. Notably, it mainly differs from mRNA types in the delivery mechanism, a viral vector (human adenovirus in this case) vs a lipid nanoparticle for mRNA vaccines.

Most jobs are having clinics show up to their jobs so they can get it right then and there. People still are refusing it. We have come to a point where yes it is now possible for anyone that puts their minds to it can be president. As long as you sell them on the idea that you are not a politician even after 4 yrs of being one you to can be a president.
