Keep in mind the Secretary of the Interior is a Native American. I believe Native Americans also had a helluva time with Covid last summer, and as a population take it much more seriously than the "white man" I visited some Indian reservations this summer and within regions where masking was basically non-existent they were still mandatory within the reservations themselves.

I know the planes practically fly themselves but that one time something goes wrong - damn My brother in law flies for Amazon, and he used to say when it’s your time to go, it’s your time to go, but when it’s the pilot’s time to go, it’s everyone’s time to go.

Today is not one of those days. I thought Republicans were against frivolous lawsuits. I mean the McDonald's lady who needed multiple surgeries is their poster child. As for the stupid and the dumb... Idiocracy is real.
September 13, 20214 yr https://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/313400 Three sisters die of coronavirus - in one week 'They were clear-headed, independent, functioned without any limitations,' says urgent care doctor Dr. Wlaa Khajazi. Arutz Sheva Staff , Sep 13 , 2021 2:51 PM Treating a coronavirus patient at Hadassah Ein Kerem (illustrative) Yonatan Sindel/Flash90 Dr. Wlaa Khajazi, whose three aunts died of coronavirus in one week, spoke to 103 FM Radio describing the chain of events. "These are three sisters - one was vaccinated with three doses, one vaccinated with two doses, and one unvaccinated," Dr. Khajazi, who is a senior doctor in Rambam Health Care Campus' urgent care department, told the radio station. "From a health perspective they were fine - clear-headed, independent, functioned without any limitations." "At the beginning of August there was an outbreak in Tamra, and the three began to suffer symptoms. It's almost certain that one infected the other, but we didn't bring them to the emergency room. They reported only weakness and a light cough. They all knew that they were in the hospital but none knew that the other had died. The problem with this disease is that it's always surprising you - even when it seems everything is fine, it can all change in a second." Dr. Khajazi added, "We planned to release one of them home for home oxygen and the next day her situation simply deteriorated. One of them even asked that we bring her a certain food that she likes the next day, it all looked calm, but her situation also deteriorated in a moment."

Right. If 13 veterans died because they could not get medical care you won’t hear a peep out of them. But 13 soldiers who died in a terrorist attack means Biden is the worst president in history.

Most people choose Democracy, while Trumplicans choose Autocracy. I would rather live in a Democracy than be in an autocracy like Venezuala or N. Korea or the Third Reich.

You sound like my Lancaster hailing libertarian-minded co-worker. He's become so disillusioned with democracy he thinks it's getting to be time for a cleansing. I tell him be careful what he wishes for. Democracy is the worse form of government after all... Except for the rest.
September 14, 20214 yr 1 hour ago, Dave Moss said: Other than telling people to get vaccinated, what should it be? Saying we need to "protect the vaccinated" maybe isn't the best phrasing. It sort of undermines the message that getting vaccinated is the worthwhile thing to do. I get that it's a tough balancing act with delta spreading, especially when we know boosters are on the horizon, but there's probably a better way to advocate for it than that.

And what girl is gonna call of a damn wedding because the dude's testicles swelled up? Thinking he dodged a bullet if that's true. And I'm skeptical on that.
