Saying we need to "protect the vaccinated" maybe isn't the best phrasing. It sort of undermines the message that getting vaccinated is the worthwhile thing to do. I get that it's a tough balancing act with delta spreading, especially when we know boosters are on the horizon, but there's probably a better way to advocate for it than that.

I'd note that they aren't counting fully vaccinated until 2 weeks after the final dose. but 99% of deaths were among those who either were unvaccinated or not completely vaccinated.
