Ah yes, the trumpbot fantasy where hydroxychloroquine worked and was suppressed, and now the same is happening to ivermectin. It's weird how the vast majority of experts around the world are all in on this conspiracy too.

If you don’t get vaccinated and then end up in the hospital it’s not the freedom of choice you think it is.  It’s creating an incredible drain on our country’s health care resources not to mention prolonging the pandemic.

Of course stuff like vaccine passports and mandates should be off the table, but…. we live in a nation of morons.  Millions of people who think they’re smarter than the scientists and doctors are choosing not to get the vaccine.  So the debate becomes what kind of consequences to put in place…

Lmao, I got 2 friends to get the vaccine today. So I'm waiting for the phone call of them telling me the vaccine made them sick and then curse me out.

Even though he complains that the vaccine is ruining people's immune system. I said that's not how vaccines work it's the opposite actually.

But...making crap up is so much fun.

And my position against what Biden is doing via OSHA is clear, before the resident morons start in.

Nearly 60% of Americans surveyed in a poll support President Joe Biden’s new COVID-19 vaccine requirements.

The poll found 58% of respondents support Biden’s plan to require many employers to mandate the COVID-19 vaccine or weekly testing — including 41% who "strongly support” it and 17% who "somewhat support” it. Another 9% "somewhat oppose” it and 27% "strongly oppose” it.

The public is split about evenly, 51% to 49%, on whether requiring proof of vaccination for everyday activities is an acceptable way to increase the vaccination rate, or an unacceptable infringement on personal rights.
But there's greater backing for requiring vaccines in many specific instances. More than half of Americans now say they support requiring vaccinations for office workers returning to the workplace (54%), students attending in-person classes (55%) and patrons attending sporting events or concerts (55%), although fewer (41%) support requiring vaccinations for a shopper to enter a grocery store.

Obviously, you are having a blast at it.  Believe it or not, most of the U.S. does not live in your little bubble in LA.

Americans support governors' revolt against federal vaccine mandate, poll shows

By Casey Harper The Center Square by By Casey Harper The Center Square | @ | September 13, 2021 1:47 pm

(The Center Square) – New polling shows that the majority of Americans do not approve of President Joe Biden’s new vaccine mandate.

Biden announced the mandate last week, which includes requirements that any business with more than 100 employees ensure they are vaccinated or be tested weekly. Biden’s announcement included a range of other federal rules that are estimated to affect 100 million Americans.

Convention of States Action released new polling Monday that showed 58.6% of those surveyed "do not believe President Biden has the constitutional authority to force private businesses to require vaccine mandates for employees.”

In the same poll, 29.7% of voters said Biden does have the authority, and 11.7% are unsure. In addition, 55.5% of voters say the mandate "sets a precedent that could be abused by future presidents on other issues.”

A new surge of Republican governors, 27 so far, have announced their opposition to Biden’s mandate. Several lawsuits are reportedly in the works among Republicans.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who has been a leading critic of the Biden administration’s COVID-19 requirements, said the president overstepped his constitutional authority.

"When you have a president like Biden issuing unconstitutional edicts against the American people, we have a responsibility to stand up for the Constitution and to fight back, and we are doing that in the state of Florida,” DeSantis said. "This is a president who has acknowledged in the past he does not have the authority to force this on anybody, and this order would result potentially in millions of Americans losing their jobs.”

According to the poll, those governors have Americans’ support. The survey found 56.1% of voters "support the efforts of state governors to oppose Biden’s nationwide vaccine mandate on private businesses.” That includes 46.3% who "strongly support,” and 9.8% who "support.”

Opinions on the mandate fall largely along party lines. Nearly 80% of Republicans support the governors standing up to Biden while about 30% of Democrats feel the same way.

This poll comes on the heels of another poll released last week that showed a sharp drop in approval for Biden after the deadly withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan.

The Economist/YouGov poll reported last week that Biden’s approval fell to an all-time low of his presidency, with 39% of Americans approving of his job performance and 49% disapproving.

"The drop in Biden’s approval rating is most severe among Democrats,” the poll reports. "Around nine in ten of them had approved of Biden’s performance for nearly all of his first year in office. This week, Biden’s approval rating among Democrats dropped nine points to 77% from 86% last week.”

Convention of States Action partnered with The Trafalgar Group to release Monday’s poll, which surveyed more than 1,000 likely voters from Sept. 10-12.

According to that data, most of them "are people who are detached from the political process and didn’t vote for either major candidate in 2020,” according to CNN.

Now, a separate study conducted by researchers at the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University has revealed some other interesting data about the vaccine hesitant.

The researchers looked at vaccine hesitancy across race, education, U.S. region and Trump support in the 2020 election. When it comes to education, this survey found it’s actually the most educated who are most hesitant.

The largest decrease in hesitancy between January and May by education group was in those with a high school education or less. Hesitancy held constant in the most educated group (those with a Ph.D.); by May Ph.D.’s were the most hesitant group. While vaccine hesitancy decreased across virtually all racial groups, Blacks and Pacific Islanders had the largest decreases, joining Hispanics and Asians at having lower vaccine hesitancy than whites in May. Following this trend, a recent MIT study found similar results—that "a substantial portion of public-health skepticism was highly informed, scientifically literate, and sophisticated in the use of data,” reports NRO.

But thats not the narrative the left keeps spreading.

"I'm not anti-vax buuuuut here's an article that says other antivax people are highly educated! So take that libtards!"

Yeah, totally made up who the people are refusing the vaccine. The lowest vaccinations rates being all red states (except Georgia) is just a coincidence. Totally just a narrative.

Really need to know how many Phds this poll actually involved.

It's also because the total number of people who are PhD's and who are also "vaccine hesitant" is still relatively small. If it was ONLY this group that was vaccine hesitant the number would be small enough that it doesn't really represent much of a threat to the greater population.

It's stupid people in large numbers that is the issue. Not overeducated stupid people in small numbers.

The real question is why geniuses like you are not interested in the least about any other prevention or treatment aspect of this except vaccines.  Dollars to donuts if you got sick with Covid you wouldn't even know what to do.
