Teams in the regular season don't double so Embiid can work.

I mean this picture tells you everything. If you are gonna have embiid getting basically the entire Celtics team attention then you need guys to hit shots or doc needs to get embiid down low where he’s got more of a chance of beating horford and the doubles.

Embiid and harden no showing is an issue but still the fact a rookie head coach in mazz wound up being a better coach than doc in his adjustments by the end of this series is telling about doc. I'm glad they will end up losing big so there are no question marks. The sad thing is they have an owner who is trash and no picks for years to come.

I think you can win with a big as a franchise player…it just doesn’t help when he’s consistently not close to his MVP form come playoff time.

Embiid has been a top 1-2 player in the nba for 3-4 years now.  He’s never been a top 5 player in the playoffs.

If anyone is interested in really getting kicked in the balls the Super Bowl is airing on nfl network right now

Yep. It’s why I said in the first round if doc’s strategy is we’re just gonna have guys hit shots and that’s gonna beat it then you’re likely gonna lose deeper in the playoffs. Cause you have to figure a way to get your star player better looks and easier touches around the basket so that he could be the star player that he is. It was a losing strategy in the first round but it just so happens nets don’t have the horses to completely carry it out like a team like the Celtics do. 

Granted embiid is to blame for his poor performance as well. He can’t show up looking like James harden in a must win or go home games.

Players have to hit buckets at some point. We always hear it's a players league and Embiid had two points this half and shot 3 3 pointers. 

Embiid has the killer instinct when team is up and he goes for the MVP but damn this dude sulks around so much.
