And Ben hasn't improved at all.

that lowlight literally looked like Ben right now in his all star seasons.

thats way too blurry to read.

They lost creditable to me when they mention Culver/Rubio because Culver was just traded for basically an older back up defender.

I just read it.

That package is ridiculous. Hawks even worse. But I guess there are other idiots in the NBA other than Morey. Those 3 teams are so off on value.

Turning down that Cleveland offer, and especially that SAC offer is a fireable offense if they dont end up with at least that when its all said and done.

Id also say, Lillard, Ben and Covington is a really bad big 3. So if all else fails and you can still get McCollum and multiple picks thats not that bad.

The Kings tried to give away Buddy to the Lakers for nothing so he is absolutely available as well. Morey probably could have had Haliburton, Buddy, and Barnes for Simmons and pieces. He needs to go back to the Kings today and get that deal done.

It Can't happen till November 3rd but high trade of the day is.

Embiid, Collins, Huerter, Buddy, Maxey

Bench: Curry, Thybulle, Green, Bagley, Kork, Terrence Davis, Drummond, Niang, Springer, Reed

Still need a back up PG. Rondo is probably available and can facilitate for the shooters.

Team fits around Embiid really well, but really hinges a lot on how good Maxey really is. Team is deep for days to the point where can pull Huerter for defense in Thybulle in certain playoff matches.

That Sac deal should have been done.  WTF are they waiting for?  This is getting ridiculous!  It should still be on the table.  Nothing has changed but rumors of Ben not wanting to come to camp.  Get it done.

I hope that's the deal Morey knows he has as a fall back if he can't get anyone to top it.  At this point, I would make that deal.

The appeal to Morey should also be that that deal leaves you with better pieces to get a elite perimeter player if one comes available.  Being able to offer Halliburton and Maxey as the centerpiece for a team going into a rebuild is going to be much more appealing to the rebuilding team than a deal based around Simmons.

I think it will always be available because we just saw how good Mitchell can be in the summer league. Kings have 4 guards that can start and Terrance Davis who can shoot lights out off the bench.

To me Brandon Ingram is the guy I would still want over anyone. We look around the league and want ultimately wins rings and that is a point forward/wing that can create his own shot. He will turn 24 in September and everything I have read he is a gym rat.

KD, Kawhi, Butler, PG, Giannis, LeBron, Tatum, Middleton, Jaylen Brown. Siakam, to an extent AD.

ben's posting shirtless pics with expensive cars again.

Should definitely help his outside shot and free throws fo sho!!

Hopefully a trade is about to get announced and he is saying peace to us.

This draft was a really good draft to have accepted any of those first round picks in those reported packages. But isnt 2022 the year we are supposed to have high schoolers back in the draft making it potentially one of the deepest draft in a long long time?

I cant imagine passing up the opportunity to have Hailburton and Maxey grow in to a dominant back court. And having a lightly protected 1st from SAC, who will suck.

Same goes for Sexton/Maxey. Nance, who allows you to trade Tobi for more. And a 1st from Cleveland which has potential to be a top 3 pick. Because they will be horrible as well.  That pick alone has a good chance of being a better player than Ben. In addition to the rest of the package that includes a 25ppg scorer.

What the F can Daryl possibly be waiting for? Ben wants out, and as time goes, we will lose leverage. Lillard isnt happening. Just Fing pick one of those deals and get it done already!

The thought of this gets me really excited.  You can start the rebuild while still being very competitive and then hope one of the young guys ascends as a 1B to Embiid.  Try to construct the roster around them and possibly move Tobi next year to get better pieces.

Looking at the above, I wonder if they will be changing the ad patch on their jerseys this year? Used to be Stubhub, but they have a big ad for Tickermaster as the official ticker partner now on the bottom of that schedule.

they already announced that the stubhub patch won't be back...saw it a week or so ago.

makes sense. They wouldnt have liked that big ticketmaster ad.

I wonder who it will be or if they scrapped the ad patch altogether.

Does anyone else looking at the trades available feel like it gets us to the conference finals. I feel like we will once again be a second round exit with any of those packages.

Problem is, when presented with a perfect opportunity vs. Toronto and Atlanta....both times they lost and both times it was set up for them perfectly.  If the Nets, Bucks, Hawks are all healthy.....we are probably the 4 seed.  We might not make it out of Round 1.

You guys don't think that swapping Ben for Haliburton and Barnes and keeping everything else the same, that we don't get to the ECF?

I think we get better.

But Hawks got better.  Nets will be healthier... it's no guarantee.
