I just don't get it....Bassey is killing it, he has young legs, effort.....HE CAN'T BE WORSE THAN JORDAN.  Doc is the issue....I don't want him here, good bye.  Go to the Lakers.  His absolute arrogance is maddening.  I don't want to hear, he doesn't have experience.  I don't want to hear, he doesn't know where to be.  I don't want to hear it......an F'ing plant place in the middle of the lane would be a better deterrent than Jordan.

I'd take Cassell or Burke over him.  Many thought Cassell was a head candidate coach here.  Again Doc is a veteran coach and it is to his detriment.  If these playoffs are a failure I don't doubt Doc might be gone.  Maybe Morey goes after D'Antoni and gets the band back together.

Don't want D'Antoni either....I'd kill for a Nurse, Spolstra....f it....I mean look at what the Head Coach is doing in Boston!  No more re-treads.  Find me a goddamn coach that is young, has come up in a winning organization and give me them.  I'd take any assistant coach under Nurse or Spolstra with more confidence than bringing in D'Antoni.

I knew Maxey was shooting well but I didn't realize how well.  I just saw that he's currently 5th in the league in 3pt% 

Not for nothing but I see that Eric Gordon is still an efficient shooter.  I wonder if he wants to reunite with Morey? 

I would go get Kenny Atkinson, who is currently the lead assistant on the Warriors roster and previously the Nets coach.

Anyone else notice Buddy beating guys off the bounce last night. Everyone thought he was a spot up shooter, but not playing for the worst franchise in the NBA has energized him.

Asissts up to 5 a game from 1.6, attempting triple the rate if pull up 2 jumpers, and passing out the pick and roll at more than twice the rate. 

Morey should have given up that extra 1st for him and Fox/Haliburton

They were never willing to trade Fox, otherwise it would have been a done deal. But Hield, Haliburton, and Barnes should have been accepted. Morey Fd up.

Assuming we'd only give up Tobi and Ben, with Hali and Barnes on board along with Niang, Seth and Maxey that's FIVE guys in the top 30 in the NBA in 3pt% to surround Joel.  That seems like a team right out of the Morey/ D'Antoni playbook.  The defense and rebounding wouldn't be great but we'd put up 120+ points with ease.

yep. Would have been better. Also would still have Drummond.

Then in summer you trade the Barnes expiring, with Simmons also off the books and you have cap room to sign a max baller to add to all of that.
