Eagles could get a good look at Harry who requested a trade…. Wonder if Ne would consider a swap Harry for JJaw lol could aid both players new scenery.

They signed Andy Dalton supposedly told him he is the starter but don’t image that last long. Not even sure he will be the starter to open the season.

IDK Harry hasn't lived up to the hype,I would however take him over Jjaw(who also never lived up to the hype)

My point to Sen is. When we drafted Wentz, was there any indication he would not start game 1???? Why would  it be different in Chicago? Unless your round 1 QB has a complete melt down with 1 TD and 57 picks in camp,I doubt he is sitting

Yes we had Bradford and if it wasn’t for a trade what like 7 days before the season to Minnesota(when Teddy got hurt) Wentz was set to ride the bench

I’m not disagreeing my guess would be Fields ends up the starter by no later then mid-season if not sooner. 
 

The entire city of Chicago will be calling for him after one bad game by Dalton.

I bet they do a "sprinkle in" job with Fields like we did with Hurts

Agreed, just like a rerun of here(except they wont let Andy suck as long as we let Wentz)

Not sure what route is the best for QB seen success both ways guys starting day 1 and guys sitting… Mahomes and Rodgers to of the best examples of QBs that sat at least a year before they got there chance.  So maybe letting Fields sit will work out in there favor.

I guess that's why they pay the coach. Ped waited way too long to make the change. I suspect it's all on Andy  

I'm going with they both play. Maybe not game 1, but I bet we see Fields in there on plays after that game. Then again it's hard to change QB's back and forth during games. They need to decide who the future is(well we know it's Fields) it's only a question of WHEN does the future begin?

Kerryon Johnson hurt his knee listed week to week… Thinking that might secure Howard spot on the roster.

JJaw having a good practice not sure why he can’t carry over his good practices into games though.

Also important to remember that Hurts and Mac Jones are the same age. So getting Hurts in the second round versus Jones in the first looks like a really smart move by the team.

Mmmmm same age is nice and all but Mac is a rookie adjusting to the nfl while Hurts already has a year under his belt. Wouldn’t read to much into Hurts outplaying him yet. 
 

It nice to hear Hurts playing well though.

Not much to take from 1 preseason game. I do think the coaching staff is organized, which was a question mark.  We did not have any injuries which is refreshing.

 

I also hear we may have the second coming of Pitts at TE... Tyree Jackson - 6'8" and runs a 4.4 40?
