My draft, then go hell bent for Ogbah(miami) on  5 year in FA and that would be a nice young group with serious potential

Why keep trading for another year. This team needs talent NOW! And LOTS of it.

Yes, we need so much talent, that trading back for an additional First round pick next year helps get it. Plus, if we need to grab a solid QB next year, having 2 first round picks will help attain that.....

Olave,Dean and Leal would be fine for me. CB in 2 mabe S in 3. Sadly we need 7 spots with 5 picks

So,Olave,Dean,Leal a nice CB in 2 maybe Brisker at S in 3(or the best S available) and sign Ogbah to a 5 year and we have some really nice rebuild pieces

SO where did the guy go at 16 you had to have 17 or 18? his makes zero sense. With 2 top 20 picks you have a nice shot that all 3 will be top line players. Once you start trading back past 20,you are now more of a gambler and the success percentage declines. I mean can we keep this simple and draft players that will help instead of making this a complex array of "what ifs"?

20 is the magic #?   Lol.

No, 69 is the magic number.

Watching these Olympics are just like watching the 1936 Olympics in Germany. I too refuse to watch.

You know Wilsons contract isnt up until next year. If we add enough decent players maybe a QB will WANT to play here?

20, 30 OR WHEREVER they draft, the research is what matters. Howie needs to hit on every pick. If they stop trying to be smarter than everyone else and just draft the best player, we may have a chance of building a team to compete. So I would prefer quantity so he has more chances to hit....

Ill take my picks, they are high picks with better percentages of hitting. Giving Howie more picks just gives him more opportunities to screw up

There is a part of me that thinks: just invest heavily in breaking down five or six guys that aren’t expected to be top ten. Pick three.

I know Howie will be moving, he can't help himself. I just hope he doesn't give away a stud, just to add to his pick collections and if he refuses to take defensive players, HIGH ones, then we will never be anything but a .650 bronze trophy club

Says who lol 😂 strong OL decent weapons yea easy to see Russ would want to play here

I always liked Wilson. But there are many troubling signs with his play. You could easily make a case he’s on the decline. I believe there are many contributing factors with that. I believe he can still play at a high level. I don’t see him remotely playing ten more years. I think he’s got three more years in him.

Disagree completely I mean if he stay behind the **** OL in Seattle maybe his body only last 3 years but QBs are playing into there late 30s easily now Russ is 33. 38-39 is an easy to see age for him to keep playing at.

Give him an OL that protects him and him not having to run for his life I can see that playing time increase even further if he wanted to keep playing that the only real question with Russ would he want to go past 38-39

For the draft,  I want the quality.   The best quality for me, would be to flip a pick in the late teens into a top ten pick next year.    If along with that ,I also get the quantity of the extra pick in the early 2nd round this year... which is in the Ertz/Dickerson range...not the typical 50ish range that we usually select.   That's a perfect scenario for me.

On top of that, if Howie doesn't try to be the smartest guy in the room with that early 2nd round pick...ie just take Ertz or Dickerson type... then we should be in really good shape.

I'm out on Wilson.  The big reason is then we will become a team built on free agents...after having to give up the picks for him.

He was great before no doubt.  I watched him enough this year to see him really struggle.  With the two studs at WR for him , he missed a lot of throes.   Yes with Kelce we have a good OL.  How long does Kelce play?   How does the cap situation look after adding him.

At this point,  I just think we need the next 2 drafts to build the long term foundation.  I don't want to use this season into thinking we are legit mediocre team... we aren’t.  Long way to go.   Not the time to invest everything into QB

Maybe add him next year when his contract is up. Then we have a solid base (hopefully) with the two drafts (2022 and  2023). Our Cap situation should be much better also. Of course Seattle will probably wish to trade him this season, if at all.....

NO he will be a FA after next season. If we assemble a decent team NOW we won't have to give up anything.I also believe our O line right now offers him more longevity. We would have a nice solid YOUNG team with a proven top QB. If we wanted to draft his successor we have years to do it. While stud WR's are great,we have all seen what happens to stellar QB's when they dont have the time( see mahomes). So as far as plans go,I all for using all our picks, going after Ogbah. We would only need a few pieces the year we got Wilson as a FA on a LT deal. I see no downside to this plan

That's the point I have been making. Make this team desirable for him to play for as far as "who said" He SAID SO HIMSELF. Now we need to change his mind by building a team this draft

If he doesn't take Dean or lloyd he is an imbicile

Isn't it an indoor stadium? Or are they worried about a California blackout?
