Yeah.. yet still have been able to make moves because they manage the cap and do their contracts well...  once they figure out enough good players to get,they always have success.

DeSean was in a gang, Wentz worst human being ever, Minshew has no leadership skills, he is in the league based in his superior athletic ability...  but .... but....there is no way Jalen Hurts can look bad in practice,  you just can't trust the media on that one.
