Giants improved. Coming in hot. Maybe it’s so much AR ingrained in me. But seemed like his style was for the long haul mostly.

So they are coming in hot, good for them,we always play better as the underdog. Bring them on!!!!!

While everybody else is hooray for the trade Rosie was always going to try and make. I don’t get it.

What don't you get?    Trading a 1st for a 1st, 2nd and 3rd?

Rosie spending which only I seem to see….leads us to not looking at a big Championship Window here.

This is the year!

Half our guys are pending FA

See my post about why you may be disappointed next year

Don’t get the Pom poms for a 2023 and 2024 pick

But you fail to acknowledge that CGJ wouldn't be here if we drafted your safety round 1?  Why can't you acknowledge.

It comes off bad for you by not acknowledging this.  When you spin everything your way ... it's not a good look.    It comes off, I'm smarter than all of you... nobody likes that.

UH Howie knew we would be the top seed 3 weeks before the draft???? Nope,he did his job, made the best deals(even the pros were like OMG!!!!). The "ALL IN" came  much later, but you can;t see this?

We don’t feel like some unstoppable juggernaut to me. Do you guys think we look that way going into our first playoff game?

No team is unstoppable Ham. Take a valium  [Joking advice]

It's ironic... I'm watching the local Comcast Eagles show... they are talking about CGJ.    I can't see how they don't resign this guy.  Such a difference maker ... on the field is obvious,  but the discussion is also about his locker room presence and what he brings as far as confidence to the secondary.

Punt. I'm punting

We stomped the Giants earlier this season. Think many expected that. Does anybody feel that way now?

I didn't feel that way about the previous 2 with NY. Any Given Sunday my brother!

Slay seemingly running out of gas? Maybe a bad game, but if we lose 1/3 I would choose him. CJG would be my primary re-sign. Bradberry can stay if the price is right. Going to be "interesting" for him playing his old team

Let the chips fall however gravity carries them. I'm happy the way the team performed and how it was coached this season.

So we have home field in the playoffs,AND we COULD go to the SB(unlikely but I will be a fan anyway). So how many SB contending teams get a round 1 10 pick????

For me...I think it's great to give these vets one more shot.   Let's see what happens.

But after the season...the team needs to get young.   The reason is simple. They had too many bad drafts where nothing to show for it now.  The drafts where players should be in second contract.

Think about it.  If Seamulo and Barnett don't come back....every draft pick between the first one in 2013( Lane) and round 2 in 2018 ( Goedert) would not be on the roster.  If Sanders and Dillard go... that's nothing from 2019.

That's awful.. that's the reason why we need to retool big-time.    Being mad at Howie because he couldn't spend in FA to make up for that pathetic drafting is silly.    The cap is fine... the team is old. We need a couple more good drafts.

Siri made strides,Hurts made BIG strides. Some support staff will be going away, but that's just proof you are doing something right

I'm not as high on Slay as most.  Bradberry I like better... but I don't think either will here long term.  Slay one more year.

Oh I have said all along we need this draft to be great. I also said the last 2 were. Howie really picked up the pace. I can't just call it luck. Seems he made some self changes. IDK what they were but I hope they continue.Very happy with Howie the past 2 years

Well I thought I would like to keep them all,but not feasible. CJG would be my first re-sign if it was up to me

I always look at it as ...you can only do the job on hand.  Regular season...we played an east schedule.  Not our fault.  We took care if business...top seed.    That got us a week off and home field.

Now it's 0-0.  All that matters now is beating the Giants by one point. It's a new task at hand.  If we succeed,  then the next task us all that matters.

3 more steps..one at a time.   Great opportunity.  As a fan, that's all you should ask.  Especially if Andy Reid is your idol...because he failed us every time at the end...even with all those opportunities.  So if you are so positive about that era,  then you should be positive with this year.

For the record I was never a Barnett fan, even when we picked him. He seems to "do enough" to stay, but really nothing special to me

I believe it's just being simple. Forget position or a theme like speed...etc. just take the guy you like.  Smith, Davis, Dickerson, Jurgens...you can tell they were targets.  Player above anything else.

Exactly! As long as I see improvement I'm happy. Don't wanna see stagnancy or decline. My biggest surprise for the biggest (lol) strider was Hurts' marked improvement!

Ham was the only one on here who saw this coming with Hurts…congrats man!

WOW I never feel imprisoned. I can point out things I don't like or things I DO. Joe and I disagree on things, but understand we each have our opinions. sometimes Joe even changes mine and that's fine. Sometimes I learn things or realize the facts didn't go with my opinion. As a fan the last thing I want is to feel imprisoned. if I felt that way I would avoid sports altogether

13 wins how could we possibly lose to the Saints? I saw the issues occurring. To begin the season I was hating the S room.

Why complain about our run D?

Be nice for Kelce and Lane to get a ring. I have to say the 9ers look like the team to beat, but lets get there first. Maybe 2023 is more retooling, but the core of this team looks alot brighter going forward than most years I can remember. WR's were issues for years, that box is checked off. Some new GOOD,YOUNG line players we have to build around like Mailata and Dickerson. You know they are good when you DON'T hear their names called LOL
