All up to you No Mas. You used to make better statements and arguments. You won’t feel so inferior if you make some good points. Just try that some.

Idk...can we discuss things?  Like where we answer direct questions with a simple answer? Then we can have discussion.

I'm ok if we disagree though... I also don't have to spin what you say.

I mean we can discuss the Giants game if you like?

What were my better statements?  I mean... using facts isn't good.

I say I today's game you don't need that one top RB..  show where the top 3 rushers didn't make the playoffs.  That's not good?

Because I stopped at the 4th RB who made the playoffs...that's not making a good point?

Idk... I'm missing things I guess.  It's an Eagles site...I'm assuming Eagles fans want a win.   Do we need to just constantly point out every negative thing and possibilities of why we will lose?

That's tiresome.   Really with this group of players, very likable team, I can't just be negative myself...very easy to root for guys like Kelce and Graham.

I have the capability of being positive and negative. I’m not just se brainless Neanderthal. Why does everything have to be completely rainbows or trash? I point out all on both sides all the time. Point out what I see. Makes sense to me. Don’t care if it does for you. Things can be complex. Can have some good and some bad.

Ok... so i said ..  the point of the regular season is to get the top seed.  That you can't win a playoff game until you play it?

You don't see it that way?

We can disagree on that.

So you don’t learn anything or grow as a team during the regular season? Injuries happen? Teams get tendencies and ways of combating every team in the league by watching what transpires every week?

All these things all year have zero bearing on the postseason game? I don’t think so at all. It all added up to what will happen next.

You can think that all the regular season games don’t effect our postseason games. I disagree.

I think our opponents will study our tale of the regulars season thoroughly ti combat us

So when I point out that running QBs haven't had the playoff success... and that we didn't beat a team with a winning record that had their starting QB since October 2019.

You don't take that as observation?   You don't take that as pointing out problems even in good times?

But when you do it...it's ok?   My observation which was pure fact... it's no good...it's so negative for a 9-8 team that go their asses kicked by every good team they played last year...  but you constantly  pointing out little flaws on a 14-3 team that dominated... that's good?

Why be negative No Mas? Just blow sunshine up the teams a22…top seed!

Ok...you are the Giants...how are you going to exploit our weaknesses?  What do you see?

And keep in mind...now you have to counter the Eagles doing same to you.

That was you last year... sunshine and rainbows.  " I'm just going to enjoy this team the way it fights"   remember?

Now that the team is good... well let's make 10000 posts that we need a better 4th safety...and in week 6 our run d stunk?

Btw...  all 8 teams are starting 0-0.  There are no flaws yet.

Is it possible we lose because their QB plays better than ours.  Is that possible?

Is it possible that last year was all sunshine and rainbows because it reflected better on the QB?

Is it possible that with raised expectations this year...that the constant pointing out of small flaws is to provide other excuses in the event of a loss than a simple possibility that our QB just doesn't play well?

QB, RB,WR, OT, G, C, TE

DE, DT, OLB, ILB, CB, S

LS, K, P

16 different position groups.   You need starters first, that's obvious.  You need as many position groups on the plus side.   Then you need sone star players.  Then you need depth.

16 position groups... harping on depth at S.  I think it's nitpicking.  The S group...CGJ, Epps and Blankenship... is a good one. A strength of the current team.

While I would love to have a better 4th safety.... i would love to have great backups everywhere.  I realize it's almost an impossible task to have that kind of a roster.  I also realize if this is my main issue with the roster..  my GM had a successful year...  i also realize success comes from both skill and luck.   IMO our front office had a lot of luck this year.

100%

The schedule is going to be much harder for sure.

Blah blah blah blah….starting Dime and top backup to three other spots is crucial. Need it. Thank goodness our undrafted kid has stepped in like a boss!

No the point is hindsight again. There is zero way you could have predicted the #1 seed before the season started. We we all looking for 9-10 wins. The deasl were made before the season began,WITHOUT knowing if we would be the 1 seed or last place in the division. We didn't know if hurts off season efforts had paid off. We all HOPED he would show us what he has this year. I was not ready to anoint him without seeing the proof. I was called a hater for that, but I needed to see the growth from him(and I have). Now we are in a contending position with a top 10 draft pick, there is nothing to complain about

And there you go Cook. If you wonder why? There it is. It isn’t in hindsight I was thinking like this. Did we have to be the top seed to want to contend this year? No. Hindsight is just backing up my offseason opinion.

Nope, the point of noticing each flaw is those can keep us from hoisting the Lombardi. Plain and simple. Most other years there are tons of flaws. This year they are magnified because the stakes are much higher. Top seed….the goal should be SB. The way I see things.

What is the starting dime package?   I would say... Bradberry, Slay,  Maddox,  CGJ, Epps and Blankenship... thst would be my dime package...the starting dime package...  3 pro bowlers,  Epps, Maddox and Blankenship is a good dime package IMO.    I think most people would agree.

Thank goodness for New England that their 6th round QB stepped up like a Boss 20 years ago....my guess, they wouldn't have 6 Superbowl rings if that guy didn't.

The way the whole world sees things... is that the goal should be Superbowl.

Most years there are tons of flaws...so to go from " tons" to a few ... means the front office did a great job with the roster.  Including the addition of 2 pro bowlers in the secondary.   Idk how many seasons any team adds 2 probowlers to their secondary.

Phenomenal dime package with those 6... as compared to the crap from last year.  3 great additions to a secondary... 2 probowlers and a boss.

My flaw for the Eagles is ironically the guy who may be a head coach next year...Gannon.   If he plays soft coverage that is a flaw.   Take the soft coverage on the first away from the Saints game...their only TD.. and the brutal game by " Shew"  it's entirely different.   Add Suh, Davis and Joseph...Washington game is different.

Add CGJ in lineup vs Dallas.. that game changes.

Explain this...  don't get it?

Can we all agree... Howie got lucky by not drafting a S round 1.  Because that kept a hole in the roster that we eventually and with a luck...filled with CGJ.

Howie got lucky.   Howie got lucky....there was luck involved.    Luck... lots of luck.   It's completely stupid to give away a rookie in a contending year...  I agree with this 100%.    But I prefer CGJ to be on the field at the moment.    So our team is better by making the Saints trade...even though it's 100% due to Luck.    The same kind of Luck that got Drew Bledsoe injured.

How do you get to the SB if you are scared of your own shadow?. OMG AJ could stub his toe,a lineman has a hangnail and it threw his timing off. You want every player under a microscope every game because that amount of worry is what it would require. Lane is back, do you play him and risk injury???? Just an unbelievable amount of whining. Let the warriors play the game they get paid(big money) to play for OUR entertainment. They all understood the risks, or they wold have chosen the PGA

WR's are not crucial? Linemen aren't either? Does every team have top rated players at all positions or it just us that are lacking? Let's trade AJ away for that starting Dime package. Teams have to make CHOICES,so does EVERY team. I will be enjoying the game and hope we win. There will be no perfection from either team. It doesn't exist. Oh well, I am going to be OPTIMISTIC about our chances, you do whatever you do,but with less than 2 days to go,the last thing I need is Debbie Downer. The Gnats should be MUCH MORE worried about us,not the other way around

LMAO so we reduced the "tons of flaws" but that's not enough??? How much is enough, 1/4 ton?? yes perfection is always the goal, but realistically it will never be reached. SO what amount of flaw reduction is needed for Ham to be happy we are the 1 seed?? I'm happy we had a week off to rest up our guys. if I was the gnats I would be far more worried about us than we are of them. For every flaw we have, they have 2. They have a fairly large task ahead of them coming into hostile territory. Be happy we don't have to do that. I'll take the 12th man every week if I can. Can we lose? Sure, that's why the games aren't played on paper. Worrying about a loss will bring you one

I believe we are the only team with 3 pro bowl DBs
