August 28, 20214 yr Hurts, Flacco, and Minshew...not the best QB room. I thought Flacco would be starting games later in the year because Hurts doesn't make it through the year because of poor play. Minshew changes the game. He's better than Flacco at this point. Right?
August 28, 20214 yr Just when I think we finally start making good selections with our draft picks, we start trading them away lol
August 28, 20214 yr We got the stach, the jorts, and entertaining pressers. What isn't there to love about this?

Or, there's the reality that that it's a long season and a young, mobile starting QB, just might miss a game or two due to injury. Doesn't hurt to have a second mobile QB in the stable.

In the end you either keep him on the roster and split it across two years or take it all in one, but it’s the same number.

Either way you lose that cap space, maybe that is why they did the most recent restructures, knee Flacco wasn’t gonna work out and had to move the cap space to 2021 to cut bait.
