So, if we lose next week and Detroit can eke out another win somewhere, we could end up with the first two picks in the draft.

As for yesterday: horrendous.

And oh yes, bench Mailata. Right now Dillard is better.

Keep Stoutland and fire everybody else, from the GM on down.

Is Mailata bad because they keep moving him to each side?

Whoa. 2 down the middle!

Getting 1% better each game.

That is just not good how much he favors the right side

He favors it because he bails out 90% of the time to that side.

Siri was a owner’s hire , Howie just agreed

Even if he was, do you think Lurie is going to be introspective and put himself at fault? He's going to blame the people around him that put him in that situation.  I am hoping that Howie doesn't escape blame.

We aren't even to the halfway point and the football season is over. What a rip off. Thank God for the Flyers. I was gonna go to a game this year. But why waste my money?

Well if he is open to multiple teams aside from Miami, the Eagles have to be one of the teams. Aside from CAR and MIA they are only team even willing to explore the idea to trade for him. If he has changed his mind to come here, I see this deal being done in short order.

I wouldn’t put the Broncos out of this. Bridgewater isn’t their future and lock is also not their future. They know they need a quarterback. That team has enough playmakers on offense to win. And their defense is good enough to compete. I think Miami, Carolina and the eagles are the major teams mentioned right now. Not so sure we don’t here a few more teams get involved by the time he’s dealt.

Yup, and I really think Howie is just an extension of Jeff. Why would Jeff cut himself out? He won't. Not until this team falls completely into the dark depths for multiple years, then hopefully Jeff realizes he isn't good enough either and makes the proper move. But Jeff is too proud to just hand the keys over that easily especially right now. He enjoys being this meddlesome owner and Howie is his puppet. I think that Halaby is also involved with us being futile and is behind the curtain persuading a lot.

Lurie fired Banner.  Even if Howie is an extension of himself, it's not like he won't fire him.

Sweat playing a lot of snaps as a 4i isn’t helping anyone. The personnel on defense isn’t this bad. Gannon is not playing anyone outside of Hargrave or Avery to their strengths.

So do most RH QBs, because it's easier to throw to the side where your momentum favors your throw, which is why scrambles go to the QB's throwing arm, but designed roll outs often go to the other side to break tendencies. When you're on a designed roll out to your "weak side", you usually have time to set your feet, square your shoulders and throw - when you're running for your life, trying to stop and plant your feet may be a form of suicide.

I do want to vent that I'm extremely frustrated with Mailata.  He has been injured every single time he has seen extended action in his NFL career.  I am very, very concerned about his viability and longevity.  I also think he has always struggled mightily with speed around the edge.  That's a huge issue for a guy billed has a franchise LT in a passing league.  That's also why I believe the coaching staff when they say his training camp battle with Dillard was far closer than any fans or media wanted to acknowledge.  Dillard is simply a better pass protector.

With that said, he has bounced around both sides of the line while recovering from an injury and while learning to play football.  We are making it very difficult for him.

He has a QB that spins in circles and bails on a completely in tact pocket.

Hurts is bailing on ghost pressure more times than not.  Like I said before, the OL was not good this game, but Hurts makes them look even worse with his play.

Actually the opposite this game, I think he was sacked/forced into a bad throw because he tried to step up into the pocket a number of times - there simply was no pocket to step into. The problem was the OTs were so bad he also couldn't scramble out without running backwards at times to avoid the DE. Mailata and Lane did not look good.

YOu do know we will watch the all 22 breakdown? Right? I mean has this been your excuse for Hurts every week or is this new? Just trying to figure out if you are trippin or not?

Gannon is...

- Asking Cox to be a NT and hold up on double-teams.
- Rotating 4 LBs (Wilson, Taylor, Singleton, Edwards)...so none of them can get into a rhythm. Wilson is terrible, just bench him and play the other 3.
- Not blitzing at all, despite Avery being an excellent blitzer and both Singleton/Taylor having the athleticism to do so. We don't even use Zimmer's #1 blitz (Double A-Gap Mug look).
- Playing 2 high 90% of the time, so QBs know what to do
- Not playing any dime, despite CB #4 probably being better than LB #2. Not playing dime on 3rd and long is wild to me given the personnel.

I want to scream.

Gold standard!

So what’s the explanation for the other six games the Eagles have played? Because in the 86% of the games the Eagles played this year the o line was not really the problem. So the one game which was yesterday I will agree on it was not good. That was probably the worst game they played all year. Which isn’t that much of a surprise because mailata looks like he should be on IR with that knee issue. Lane Johnson hasn’t played a game in about a month and we expected him to just go out there after not playing for a nearly a quarter of a season and just be lane Johnson of old. But six out of seven games the oline was not the problem and the quarterback kept having the same issue.

Week 7 prediction winner goes to @GoEagles5921 for predicting a score of 34-23 Raiders, narrowly beating out @Iggles25 by one point.

Bonus prediction winners:

@CaliEagle Eagles fans systolic blood pressure is higher than yards of offense in the first half.

@Ipiggles Sanders injured in the 1st quarter and leaves game. Oddly specific, and correct.

@LeanMeanGM Raiders have 3 pass plays over 20 yards each

I just dont have faith in Lurie to swallow his ego and do it

Yup, my ire has slowly began shifting from Howie to Jeff over the last year or so. As much as I want Howie gone, he is Jeff's puppet. Jeff is the main one behind the scenes that is causing this organizations free fall. With the leaked info about him ridiculing Doug after that GB game, to his draft selections of Hurts and JJ and possibly Reagor, and the Halaby stuff.

I feel like this analytical dept also has way too much say in things. The Athletic dropped their bombshell about Halaby and that dept being very meddlesome and Halaby is Jeff's sons buddy. That is a huge problem that does not get nearly enough attention. This is all Jeff's circus and his doing. He is my main target as of now.
