Howie and Lurie won't allow a HC to truly coach the team without interference. So, no matter who we have as HC, it won't matter until Lurie stops letting the analytics guys interfere and until he stops allowing Howie to determine who gets playing time based on draft status.

As far s the DL is concerned, they're way overrated.

Having the secondary playing off is a big part of the problem. Bring them up and bring some pressure every once and a while.
