Not to the point of being able to throw a ball 65+ yards down the field with the flick of a wrist.  But beyond that he definitely has the arm needed to make all the other throws.

He played 47 snaps (54%) against Alabama. Wherever he goes he will start on Day One as a rookie and almost certainly will be that team's best DL. He is clearly better than anyone we have here.

I'd love it if they just outright cut Reagor. Would show they're willing to admit mistakes and move on. He's a sunk cost at this point, and a net negative. Set him free.
