I like the trade. The offense is set whether it’s for Hurts or the next QB. They’re not giving a mega deal to a QB any time soon. They will have the cap space to invest in other positions until that time comes. 
 

I do still find it funny though how they just refuse to take a linebacker in the first. They’d rather try to mask that issue with a 4-man DT rotation. I would have liked Johnson at 18 just to get Barnett more out of our lives. But it’s an offensive league and you need weapons out there. They have them now.

Because they would be better off getting 2 more defensive starters vs what they’re getting. The team has no depth or developmental players at multiple defensive positions.  Adding a WR whose production has gone down over the last 3 seasons to a team that lacks a decent qb does nothing to build the offense in to a top unit. 

Johnson there for Dallas. UGH

If Dallas gets JJ, I’m not going to be happy.
