Brian Flores is a defensive coach who was never a coordinator and got a head coaching gig at 37, had a sub .500 record over 3 years with no playoff appearances, and is back on the market as one of the tier 1-2 candidates for another HC job.

I guess I’m missing the part where the NFLs racism is crushing his opportunities.

I’d trade a 1st for Russell Wilson. Not even close. Wouldn’t even regret it if he sucked

Unfortunately, I think you’re right. They are two of the most neglected positions on this team for a long time and it definitely showed this season.

They can be un-neglected, just after they find an edge rusher.

P.S. I don't like Faalele even a little bit, but a guy his size should never get run over like that. He just doesn't know what he's doing. The first thing, the very first thing, an OL has to learn is balance. It starts with your stance and your first step. Without that, you can't do anything.

Every time I've seen him he looks like a slug as well.  He's just a large human with little athleticism.

I'm only speaking in the context of the storage wars universe. In general, I agree with you. I'm far more a Kate Beckinsale guy than Pamela Anderson.

@time2rock  Sounds like you got competition.

Had a nice run with Golden and Rhule, not much to say now. Golden is the LB coach for the Bengals, so he’s producing in the league. Rhule has Hassan Reddick. We have Bradley. I think there is a CB out there (Hairston?).

Reddick, Dion Dawkins, Rock Ya-sin, Matt Ioannidis, Robby Anderson, Tavon Young, Brandon McManus, Matt Hennessy, among several others. Temple puts players into the NFL. There may not be many stars, but they’re there.

@Outlaw you better not be messin’ with my girl!!  😠

There was an era in my lifetime where you would take strong denials like this very seriously and almost want to believe the accused.

Then I grew up.

Don’t worry, she said you were still the best 29 seconds of her life. I just happened to be the best 34.

In fairness she thought you meant Nerdy Boys Association

In that case, she was right.

You certainly did.

Few things and this isn’t about mocking your mock.

- I’d be shocked if Howie stays put at 15, 16 and 19. I fully expect him to get creative and try to fetch future draft assets.

- can’t see Howie not taking a DE in the first. With one of those 3 first rounders one of the following prospects will get selected; Ojabo, Karlaftis, Johnson (my favorite for the Eagles) or Walker.

- Eagles taking a LB in the first?! Would definitely welcome it but have to see it to believe it. Same for safety.

- Still believe taking a QB in the first or trading for a vet is still in play. If they believe they can upgrade over Hurts, they’ll do it. If Watson’s off field stuff would have been resolved, Howie would have already offered the Texans the farm to get him.

This reminds me of the song just had sex where he’s like it was best 30 seconds of my life

Supreme court is a sham anyway, it's supposed to be a bi partisan body yet we all know it's anything but...

I think it's supposed to be a NONPARTISAN body. What?? Nonpartisan?? What's that?

No, that's ageism.

The problem is lifetime appointments. That's why some NFL franchises are screwed until the owner dies (see Washington).

So no tenure for College/University professors then? Same idea. I believe the thinking behind tenure/lifetime appointments is a protection for someone not hewing to the social/political trend du jour.

Johnson looks like he moved himself inside top 15 , he flat out has dominated , in more than a couple ways .

there could  be 6 edge guys in rd 1

What's he like? He played for Liberty that's not exactly a football powerhouse is it?

"With the RedWolves, a popular choice on social media, they kept running into roadblocks. Every time they would design a wolf logo, the trademark lawyers -- internal and external -- would warn of issues. Often it was because the logo looked too much like others already in use. Sometimes the angle of the profile was too close to another. Finding a way to make it distinct became difficult.”

They should have gone with Red Wolves anyway

Not that it wasn't like any of us with half a brain didn't see this coming, but this qb class has predictably crapped out at the senior bowl. Willis is the only one showing any signs of being good, and he's probably a three-year project. Pickett hasn't been any better than Howell, and anyone thinking Carson Strong is still a viable NFL qb is delusional.

Kellen Mond looked better last year than any of these guys, and that's not great.

Transferred from Auburn. Supposedly they were talking about a position change.

I disagree with this line:

Liberty quarterback Malik Willis has the best arm in Mobile, and it’s not close.

Extremely athletically gifted... but very raw.

I thought Warthogs would have been awesome. Continues the Hogs and had the alliteration aspect. Commanders sounds like they belong in the USFL.
