June 17, 20241 yr I don't recommend the river section/supporter section on Subaru Park for families with young kids. Most of their songs and chants were stupid and made no sense. For example one about a sausage roll. Many of them contained profanity for no real reason. During introductions of the opposing team the entire section stood with their backs turned and both middle fingers up. It was at times even more over the top than an Eagles game. And I felt the crowd was a bit tame because a lot of those people sold their tickets to first timers and Miami fans who didn't know their chants. I did like the stadium in general. Really nice. Easy access. Shame that it's in Chester. It's not like they're a nice section of the city for the park its just in the ghetto. We got a ton of free stuff in the Plaza before the game. Better games and better prizes than what you get at eagles games in headhouse plaza. No bad seat in the whole place. Its pretty small so even last row, you'll be pretty close to the action with an excellent view. I would go again but definitely sit in a different area.

They can still advance if they beat Italy (plausible) and Spain beats or draws Albania (likely even when resting their starters.) That boomer is just salty because Sweden couldn't even qualify for the tournament.
June 24, 20241 yr Crying with a full-on chub because he made a buzzer beating run and perfect assist to keep them in the tournament. Gigio can't believe it either. What a finish. I yelled so loud I scared my 8 year old, lol. Heart break for Modric though. Legend.
June 24, 20241 yr A great run of several years by this Croatian Modric led group comes to a close. They should hold their heads high. What a crusher.
June 25, 20241 yr These are the coaches of two teams that just played each other, and I don't mean in a same-team practice scrimmage.
June 26, 20241 yr Crynaldo ends up on the wrong end of the biggest upset in Euros history. Kvaradona leads Georgia to a massive 2-0 win over Portugal and Turkey knock out Czech Republic. Hell of a tournament so far.

June 28, 20241 yr Only caught the highlights, but as embarrassing as the loss was, at least Balogun looked as good as advertised. Uruguay will be a tough game but I wouldn't say they're unbeatable.

I wouldn't go that far, they've got a few good young players, but we can definitely beat them. Also in our favor is that they've already qualified so may look to rest anyone that needs it.

Fede Valverde in particular worries me — our strength in midfield is physicality, but Fede is stronger, faster, more skilled, and more relentless than anyone on the US.

Odds just posted and Uruguay are the underdog. You're way off on this.
