Messi is automatic. He’s a human cheat code. What a player

Inches away from having a 5 goal opener. The best to ever play the sport.

Yeah… well… just amazing anyway they fill up these stadiums for games other than the home crowd…

TEW's boyfriend is getting clowned from every corner of the globe

The Scottish crowd knows how to party. We got to get them to Philly.

They posted this and then turned off the comments roll

@TEW I see Cucurella is now with Real. I remember you and I were discussing him a few years back. He was really really good the last two years. He was the best player at Chelsea for long stretches and he simply shutdown the other team's right wing, was very effective as an invert, and was effective going forward. He will give you some options.

Big win

Is Pulisic going to play again or what? Great win

No need to for Thursday since we already all but won the group, but he should be good to go for the knockout stage which would be the following week (Tues or Wed?)

Easily the best US squad ever. Be interesting to see how good we are against a European squad.

Jury still out on that but looking good for sure.

No sir, the jury voted, they’re the best. Easily. That’s not to say they won’t also be the most disappointing US squad ever, but with the way they’ve played so far that looks unlikely.

It probably is the best starting 11 we've ever fielded but we also really haven't been tested yet either. Australia looked like a completely different team from the one that beat Turkey. And this is by far the weakest group we've ever drawn, due to auto qualifying as host and the expansion to 48 teams.

The 2002 team stays on top for me until this one beats a team from Europe and wins a knockout game.

Germany not particularly impressive today even though they won in the end.

Agreed. Was not impressed by the Germans.

I see a way through to the quarter finals

Ivory Coast is sneaky good. They’re going to give anyone trouble.

Does anyone notice that England plays Saka.

I think it’s hilarious how this culture/religion constantly demands respect for their own traditions and beliefs, wants others to bend over backwards for it, but constantly does not receiprocate it to other belief systems or religions. It gets tired fast.

You are a guest in the host nation for the World Cup. Respect their culture the same way people did when it was in Qatar back in 2022.
