So this should take as long as it takes 31 teams to answer the phone and say no, or hang up.

Right?  He'll be lucky to land on some team's practice squad by week 2.

Do we want a player in return for the trade, or a pick?

In his defense, he never should been drafted that high.

They might hang up faster on his agent than they would when they get those "your car's warranty is about to expire" calls.

How does being given permission to seek a trade compare to being moved from WR to TE as it relates to roster longevity?

They would still have to eat $3.6 million in dead money if he somehow finds a trading partner.

The gift that keeps on giving…

Knowing Reagor he’s going to drop the ball here too. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Try and find another player in need of a change in scenery.

$ 13,500 saved against the cap.  That will pay for the Gatorade for training camp.

Hopefully he can move Dillard and Reagor for something.

It may not be the worst idea to hang onto Dillard until the end of training camp. Mailata has had back issues in the past. How real those issues were is I guess open to question. Reagor I don't know. A dozen cheese steaks from John's roast pork?

They gave that UDFA corner a lot of money. Perhaps he’s got a real shot at the job.

He's a horrible judge of trajectory who left too many to bounce into the end zone that didn't, and when he did run one back, he had a marked tendency to run into traffic right next to the yawning gap in coverage.

He isn't a good returner, your endless apologism for him baffles me.

I think you misunderstood the reply you quoted. That wasn't a defense of Reagor, it was a statement about Mahe.

As of now anyone has a real shot..

Maybe it‘s time to convert Reagor to CB?

Maybe the Lions, who need WR’s, would do a swap including Okudah since he’s only played 5 games over the last two years due to injury.

If they do end up trading him it will be for some other teams bust or a conditional 7th that can become a 6th if he actually does anything.

I would be more than happy with a straight up 7th...although I suspect Howie wouldn't as it would confirm Reagor as an official bust...I can see it being something along the lines of Reagor and a 7th for a team's 6th. But whatever gets him off our books!

Ahh fair enough, sorry.

Its too bad this kid didn't work out, but he had a big strike against him when Howie picked him over Jefferson and then he played during two of the worst QBed years in team history.  I'm not going to be surprised if he succeeds elsewhere with competent QB play and a new attitude.

No one will trade for him.  It's clear the team will release him in the end.

That's right, make him think he came up with the idea
