I don't think that'd constitute treason. Definitely mishandling classified material and prison time. If he let some foreign national view them then yes

Or the unsecured was given access so he or she could get an image or copy of sensitive documents with the intent on supplying them to a foreign nation or entitiy. Or...or...or...

There are so many scenarios here it's impossible to guess.

Make sure your cut and paste includes some ads and stray markup that breaks the page

Also, @VanHammersly never use an even number in a listicle... the content writer's rule is that odd numbers appear less contrived and more authentic to the reader.

Try "9 Similarities Between Procus and the Homeless Guy I Just Saw..." or "11 Similarities between @Dave Moss and Saul Alinsky..." - something like that.

Also don't give a Russian girl a dozen roses - even numbers of flowers are bad luck. 13 is ideal. And don't give her your real address or her Bratva boyfriend will (theoretically) break into your flat, take everything of value, and send you to the emergency department with a severed carotid artery that takes you three months to recover from and when you get out you realize that they also drained your bank account but you can't call the police because you really shouldn't have been in contact with this shady agency in the first place and your uncle is a former magistrate that already got you out of a jam at university in 1988 when you broke into the cafeteria and took 6 stones of flower and poured it in the fountain thinking it would make gravy but it didn't and it just clogged the system but you promised you would stay out of trouble.

WHY DOESN'T TWITTER EXPEL A DEMOCRAT EVERY TIME THEY DO THIS?

SURE, THE DEM IS NOT POSTING KILL THE FBI, BUT THAT DOESN'T MATTER!!!

Trump's legal team at it again.

Some Top Secret documents require a SCIF.... Trump kept his documents in boxes scattered in a room by the pool at his resort.

Don't worry though. There was only one key to the room, and just a few members of staff had access.  No way they can be corrupted by foreign agents, right?

Pretty shocking the judge is going to release a redacted version of the Affidavit.

Trump needs to be arrested and charged, have a trial and let a Jury decide.

Now they are going to sell the BS that it was secure and only a limited number of people can get down there?

In 2018, Rasmussen Reports predicted that Republicans would win the generic ballot by 1 percentage point while the actual election results had Democrats winning by nearly 9 percentage points. This error of nearly 10 percentage points was the largest polling error out of major firms who polled the national generic ballot.

In the 2000 presidential election, Scott Rasmussen polled under the name Portrait of America, a predecessor to Rasmussen Reports. The Portrait of America prediction for the 2000 presidential election was off by 4.5%, compared to the average 1.1% margin of error most other national polls gave at the time.

For the 2020 United States presidential election, Rasmussen Reports' final White House Watch survey of likely U.S. voters showed Democrat Joe Biden with a 1% lead over Republican Donald Trump, stating that "President Trump and Democrat Joe Biden are in a near tie." Ultimately, Biden won the election by 4.5 percentage points.

A December 2018 article by political writer and analyst Harry Enten called Rasmussen the least accurate pollster in the 2018 midterm elections after stating Rasmussen had projected the Republicans to come ahead nationally by one point, while at the time Democrats were actually winning the national House vote by 8.6 points—an error of nearly 10 points.

The Associated Press has also addressed Rasmussen's methodology. In 2018, AP journalists noted that Rasmussen's telephone methodology systematically omits adults, many of them young people, without landlines. The AP also noted that Rasmussen does not provide details regarding its online-panel methodology

In an article for The Hill titled "Rasmussen Research has a pro-GOP bias," panelist discussed Rasmussen's practice of adjusting results by party identification. In addition to providing professional criticism from Ipsos, the article cited methodological concerns from Frank Newport of Gallup
