Still no clue if they actually indict him, but he is guilty as hell. Purposely held on to docs after the subpoena and representing all docs were returned. Moved them from the storage facility. Anyone else would be indicted yesterday.

Congress enacted it, and George Bush signed it into law, after Price Waterhouse was found Guilty of Obstruction, for shredding documents associated with the case. Trump's lawyer must be pretty stupid not to know that.
