FBI Raids Mar-A-Largo but ignores Pop Pop's much more egregious violations

The FBI investigated Hillary. There wasn't enough to prosecute per the director of the FBI. If you think Trump didn't throw Hillary in jail out of the goodness of his heart, I'm not sure what to tell you. Hunter is currently being investigated. He's certainly guilty of not paying his taxes on time. There's a process to this. Joe Biden hasn't been charged with anything and isn't being investigated. This is pure Fox News derangement.

So you think Joe never discussed Hunter's business dealings with him or had any influence in any of that?

I don't care what you believe. I sure as hell would vote for him in the general if he is the choice but I wouldn't be upset if he didn't or couldn't run.

Right, so the trumpbot who just spent the last 5 pages arguing that the FBI came away empty handed and were only there to verify no other documents were kept is suddenly indifferent to the effect this might have on his campaign. Ya that makes perfect sense.

Pretty much agree. DeSantis would be a better choice so if he runs that will get ugly fast.

No, these are government wide standards.

Do you want to ask about what a 'document' is next? If so, count me out.

Classified generally means to divide into classes.  My question is on the rules of such division

by the way, governors generally have authority under state constitutions to have access to information.  A law or regulation would not be permitted to override this.  As such Desantis might claim privilege for the documents being in Florida

i wouldn’t blame him (desantis) for arresting them but that would probably be too much escalation

Is this how far we’ve come from a real belief in the rule of law

wont even trust a duly elected Governor with information by letter of law he’s entitled to

You have no idea what you're talking about. I'm trying to be as nice as I possibly can when telling you that.

Doesn't matter what you think, it matters what can be proved. "Well your honor, I think they probably talked about..." isn't exactly compelling evidence.

And Trump fired him and appointed this guy. So yeah, exactly the point.

She blatantly "broke the law out in the open," deleted and bleachbit subpoenaed emails, and then claimed that they were all personal yoga emails. She wasn't charged because the FBI wasn't going to criminally charge a democratic presidential candidate.
